Narcissists n Gaslighting are very dangerous for one's mental n physical health..It makes a person's life a living hell. Thank u Kashika Mam for making this video. Bcz I had watched this video earlier I was able to protect myself from such thing. If I was not aware about this thing I would have gone in depression.
My boss did gaslighting on me.He used to say that he is a manipulator but I didn't believe that but later I saw the same. He used to be very sweet in beginning. He used to say bad bad things about other employees. So many times I saw other employees crying due to humiliation by him. A lot of girls had left the institution bcz of his cheap character but he used to make false stories about them n tell everybody. He once told me that I have to gain trust of other employees n then tell him what they talk about him n the Institution behind his back. But I felt it was wrong so I didn't do this thing. He was like a lady who had so much interest in my personal life. He himself was fat like an elephant but used to make fun of others. He used to flirt with me but I wasn't interested in him so I used to ignore him due to which he started shouting on me for small small things. He said u r not giving me any benefits. I said I am doing whatever office work is given to me. Later I understood what benefit that cheap maniac was talking about.He even had a gf with whom the rumours were that he had physical relationship with her. She was poor clever greedy egoistic shameless Girl who used to stay with him even when all the employees were gone. I once told him her mistakes in work he then gave me her personal work. I told him his own mistakes n his mother's mistakes in some official documents. He accepted but later I understood he was angry. But it was my work. He used to say bring that thing do this n later refuse that he didn't say. I used to get shocked. I was getting tortured I was fed up n I resigned. But they stopped me n said u r hardworking plz continue for this session n this thing will not happen again. Later again same things he did again. I decided I will not stay now I was about to resign. He asked n understood.Then he showed his cleverest side. He blamed me for things I didn't do. He started demotivating me n saying bad bad things all the time. I used to cry like all other employees. He started making fun of me too. One day he shouted at me very badly that u r mad get urself checked.Ask from others too. I said how was I doing this much work then? Then he understood that he can't gaslight me n said go from here.
Later I realized he was no longer able to control me n manipulate me so he was trying to do Gaslighting on me.
One more cheap lady was there. The 3 of them were greedy cheap narcs.I had always talked to them nicely. I helped them always. They used to beg all the time. I gave them whichever thing they asked. My money my mental peace my health my hardwork everything is gone in vain.
But I am atleast not feeling depressed that is better.
