Manager did not listen to any of my words and kept on blaming me why I did my mistake.

agree about the rest of the points except overreacting part. I have seen women overreact on a lot of things. My wife overreacts when dishes aren't clean or the house isn't clean. I am fine with living with a little bit of dust and some dishes in the sink but she expects me to clean the dishes every day which isn't possible to do with my job. When I used to live alone, I used to clean the dishes once every 2 weeks and clean the house once every 3 months but now she overreacts if dishes pile up and she ends up doing it.
I ended up telling her to hire a maid because of her behaviour.

To muje hi guilty feel karaya jata tha...or tab muje khud pe hi dought hone laga tha ki mujme hi kuchh problem hai..or me dab gai thi mera self confidence or self esteem khatam hi ho chuka tha...muje har pal esa lagta tha ki mere andar hi problem hai...ise gas lighting bolte hai Aaj pata chala..but mene dhire dhire truth ko bolke nhi but sab k samne dikhake lane ki koshish ki or abhi sab normal ho gaya hai...but thank u Nidhiji issse aware karne k liye...i want part 2. Mera bf narcissistic tha pehle toh bohot decent behave karta tha online chat karma me 3 weeks mein hi hum log ek video call per baat ki uske baad woh toda gayab ho gaya a ur bolta h ki I can't marry you or any woman. But if I got married then we can be physically connected through being friends with benefits. Bola ki virgin h a ur friends with benefits suggest karta h jab ki maine usko apne past relationships k baare me in bolne ka poora chance diya. He says ki many girls get attracted to me and they have tried me seeing my skills that I respect poor people and have good connection in police and politics so girls are saying to me that they feel safe with me . this guy then started saying that he feels connected to me from past life and that he loves me and started asking me explicit images and he decided to meet me in my city he planned a trip to my city and he booked a hotel room in our name without even asking me even after I told him that relationship will take time to build. I denied to meet him he shouted at me saying that im calling him a bastard and playboy.I denied to meet him because it was our first meeting and he preferred us to spend some time in his hotel room and then go out for lunch etc. However I finally blocked him and im on therapy.
