Neuman doesn't need Marie. If his body is too strong to burst, all either would need to do is freeze Homelander's blood in place and wait for him to suffocate.

Yes it is The Boys 3.5, That's why you should have finished Season 3 of the Boys well atleast Season 2, but this show already spoiled it for you 2. Can't wait for a season 2 of GEN V but it supposed to lead into Season 4 The Boys.
This is not about supes taking over and turning non-super humans into second class citizens. It is about the death and destruction supes have done and will continue to do if not kept under control. As others have already mentioned, this problem would not exist if people did not give their infants this drug. Cate said it best, it is the parents creating supes for their own possible benefit.
I wish y'all would have watched all 3 seasons of The Boys before you watched Gen V. Because now the big reveal in season 2 with Newman is ruined. There was a big mystery involving her in season 2 of The Boys.
