I so definitely needed this today especially since I am returning back to work tonight for my first overnight shift in two months because I have been away on family leave in another state with a family member - thank you for your kind words and meditation and I know I will continue to be doing for myself for a while until I can get everything fully cleared out of my energy field and properly protect myself from the people around from the present and the past experiences and affects - I feel like I can really help myself get a better nights sleep afterwards and hopefully my headaches and anxiety will ease up and lessen

This are beautiful I am a mom of 3 and life get so messy and crazy coming to this are so cool, I have a request I was wondering if you could do one about confidence I am working with the bottom chakras root, sacral, solar P and heart. The tops one are good lol I been trying to ground them on top of being a mom I have my own cleaning b and some time I get so insecure and paralyzed to ask what I want. I know deep down I’m capable, but I freeze and I get scare I been diving in into that and getting to the bottom of it and clear it so I figure one of you meditations could be a great practice it would be amazing if you could have some that are 5-10 mins meditations too 😉for the buzzzy mommas lol. Powerful and loving...i would love it to be 30 minutes or less...i have trouble fitting in 40 minutes...my attention wanders...i may just do part of it now...and later, enter the space again and listen to the rest...anyone else? i did increase the playback speed but...not great

I listen to your meditations regularly. Last night I started listening to this and felt the music was off. I was listening to you intently but kept getting dark images that flashed in my mind. I felt strongly that it was coming from the music. I’ve never had this kind of experience when listening to your videos. Did anyone else have anything like this happen?? Sorry, but I had to shut down the video to stop the creepy images.
