Since the Sun has been transiting Leo I am getting massive upgrades and having massive purges of lower vibe from connections with people to certain foods. It's been hard because I take alot of medications...I have A-fib and congestive heart failure. Also the water in my area is very hard and contaminated. I drink Bottles spring water and I can't shower every day because of the harshness...yes I bless all water and food wit 999 Choku re. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Oh my. 😮. So, I came back from the dead via a car crash and then I found you. I’ve been sick my whole life, a group did a sahej paath for me (friends of Jerry Garcia) and I got a restart. I missed this one, but what coincidence that it shows up this very minute while I was looking for a UA-cam video on repairing drywall. This lunar eclipse week has had me facing issues I’ve been avoiding. We think we’ve healed and suddenly we’re plunged into more awareness of what traumas and pain we’ve been in denial about. It never seems to end. Theres always more. The rebelliousness against my Higher Being and the urge to tune out and dive back into 3D has been strong for me the past week. I’m going to take a time out from my uncomfortable emotional descent and 3D distractions and do this right now.
These meditations affect me like no other. I can't quite understand why but they are profound every time i use them. Forgive a couple of questions that are very minor but they often slightly remove me from the flow. Does anyone have any thoughts about: 1) if you are someone who listens to these while lying down, how do you visualise the vertical axis? 2) if you live in the southern hemisphere do you invoke Michael in the north, Uriel in the south and work anti-clockwise?
