I've changed my diet due to gallbladder issues so I eat so much healthier now for the past two years These look GREAT!! I'm definitely trying.
I love that you're using the beyond burger!!! My husband and I are both vegan and these are the ultimate treat for us. We like to cut them in half and form little sliders before we put them on the pan. They cook better and are like thin little hamburgers. Sooo good!!
