Hi Lovlies,
My name is Judea and I am a 27 yr old Mama of 3 - one angel, my toddler Son and another little girl on the way - living in New Zealand. This channel is a space for me to show the realities of my life after losing our daughter to SIDS. The highs, the lows and everything in between, you get a mixed bag of “content” here but always from a place of honesty.
Thank you so much for your support!
Judea x
I really love and appreciate the way you talk to your son. So underrated how beautiful you are when interacting with him
I had extreme pelvic pain with my 2nd son and still carried to 41 weeks 😅 belly support bands really help
My” babies” are grown women now. But, yes, I used a belly band. It helped me so much. I was on my feet working up until their births. My first was 9 lbs. my second was 10&1/2 lbs. The band made my life so much more comfortable! You look great, and I’m so happy for you and your family.🥰
Big babies! Echo was 1 ounce off 9 lbs 😬🥰 ….10.5 🫣
Hi friend 🤍 I always wore a belly band after labor for all 3 pregnancies. Also, LOVE your turtleneck and crewneck combo in the "future Judea" piece of the vlog. Thats how I wear mines too. So cute ✨️
Hi Judea 😊 Being pregnant while caring for a small child is EXHAUSTING 😅 I imagine that’s where a lot of your tiredness is coming from. I didn’t suffer from pelvic issues during any of my pregnancies but I do know it’s very important to address the issue early to help with recovery after baby is born. You are glowing Mama ✨
I absolutely LOVE seeing him learn and grow! You both are doing an AMAZING job! TFS 🤎
Thank you x
Yes I used a belly band! When I was pregnant with my second baby I had horrible pelvic pain. Having a toddler , same as you now! Helped a lot! Definitely recommend using one. It didn’t get the pain completely away , but the pressure was a lot less. You are a super mom Judea! 🤍 so glad you are back at UA-cam! Missed your video’s a lot xxx
I’m sorry you’re in pain, Judea. I had a lot of pelvic pain with my second pregnancy. The belly band helped some. Lying on my side with pillows between my knees helped as well. I hope you get some rest! Sending lots of love to you and your little family! 💗
Pillow between knees for sure!
I’m so happy you are back and to hear a update you look great ❤
Wow Echo is so smart. I hope everything is okay with the pelvis pain. Take it easy growing little humans is hard work. ❤
🥰
I love the coziness of your livingroom. We are steadily moving towards the hottest part of Summer here in Texas, but I'm a Winter girl all the way!
I love cozy winters! Hard to imagine summer when you’re cold and vice versa haha
thank you for sharing this snippets of your life with us 🤍 always enjoy your uploads. sending much love, care, and kindness to you! ✨ hoping your pain can subside.
Such a good mom
You look amazing Judea!!! I'm sorry that you are having so much pelvic pain 😢 I will add this to my prayer list, and do please rest!! ❤ Baby girl will be here before you can blink ❤
I love you guys!!❤❤❤
You are such a strong woman and an amazing mother!!! Never forget that. After all you’ve been through, you can be so proud of yourself! 💗

Thank you. I love daily routine vlogs.
I really hope you and Brogan can work things out 😢 I'm so sorry you've been going through so much during this pregnancy. You remind me of me, always being strong and doing everything that needs to be done even though you feel sad and tired and blue 💔
I really wish you guys the best🙏🏻💗
😭😭😭
@@Itsjudeaaa 💔💔🥺
Belly bands are amazing! Praying your pain subsides and this pregnancy gets a little easier on you and that you have a healthy baby in August🙏💜
Love your vlogs. ❤
You're amazing! ❤
Congratulations 🎉👩🏽🍼!
Thank you! 🤗
A belly band helped me tremendously with both pelvic and lower back pain. I tried several different kinds, and the one that my insurance sent was the best. It was very simple and adjustable as the belly grew. It doesn't hurt to try it and see if it helps. Praying for you and a safe delivery. Stay Blessed! 🙏✝️🔥✨️
Hi 👋 judea
I had the pregnancy belt
For pelvic girdle pain. It did help
I was late on in my second pregnancy also when it started
It really is painful and uncomfortable, i also was very restless with it at nights
Rest up when you can
Also echo is adorable
You and brogan are raising such
A lovely boy x
Just seen that you’d posted so about to make myslef a coffee and tune in ❤️☕️😀xx
🥰🥰🥰
Hey Judea, I definitely recommend a belly band. I had the same pelvic pains only with my second pregnancy and the band helped a lot.
I had a lot of back and pelvic pain during my 2nd pregnancy, which caught me off guard because my first pregnancy was so easy, and I was very active.
I did try a band, but it did not help. The pain got so bad that I was in bed most of the day for the last 2 months. It was tough because my oldest was 15 months old, and I couldn't do all the things I wanted to do with her before having my 2nd baby. The good thing is that as soon as he was born, the pain went away.
This sounds like me 😩
Loving the vlogs, You look so beautiful Judea. Hope you get to rest lots soon x
Aw I’m glad you enjoyed it! X
Look up taping pregnant bellies with kinesiology tape. Helped so much during my last trimester
You're juggling a lot right now. Thank you for sharing with us. 🩷 Also, you looked gorg in the whole thing, but that "future Judea" clip in the gray sweater? 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Aw haha thank you x
I had the same pelvic pain you’re describing, with my second child (who was just born last month). I was a trooper through my first pregnancy; but this last time, there was a deep, bruising, achy pressure that got almost unmanageable. It turned out that this baby’s head was very low, and remained low throughout the whole pregnancy. It caused a lack of circulation because of all the pressure it was putting on my blood vessels down there, so I ended up developing a “vulvar varicosity” (a varicose vein inside that area, out of sight). The only thing that helped was using ice packs for some physical relief, and trying not stay on my feet for too long.
I thought the baby would come out huge with a giant head, but she was actually half a pound smaller than my first. It was just because of how deep that head was engaged 😬 It hurts just remembering the last few months of that.
Belly band is totally worth it !! It helped me with my pelvic griddle pain, I purchased mine but if you talk to your midwife I think they can give one for free from a chiropractor
I had terrible pelvic pain towards the end of my pregnancy but I used belly bands for extra support which helped some. I also went to a VERY GENTLE chiropractor once a week who made my pain almost non existent. It’s not for everyone but worked well for me!
How did you come up with Ever's beautiful name? I can't remember if you ever mentioned it in any of the vlogs. In my mind I keep seeing it as Noah-Lee Echoes for Ever❤️🙂🤭
🤍🤎🩷 This is sooooo sweet!
I saw Eveleigh on Pinterest and misread it as Ever and instantly fell in love, it just felt right x
No particular “special meaning” behind her name but I love that it sounds like a duration of time like Echo’s name 🌸
U r doing such an amazing job parenting echo he has lovely manners❤. U have the idea of to do lists so just work around the madness 😂❤😂 I kept a safety stool in my shower 😅helped me relax when my pelvis was aching. If u have soothing rub put that on ur painful areas maybe arnica cream if it's safe for pregnancy. I definitely found squats helped alot. Decor in ur house looks lovely ❤❤❤have a blessed week ✨️
I used a pelvic brace and it was life changing ! 🙌🏽
Oh yes, my pelvic pain in the last month of my pregnancy was so debilitating. I was not able to do any baby prep. Then, last week before c-section, it miraculously disappeared and I was running around with a huge belly trying to do sth last minute. It's wild how different pregnancies can be and this gives me hope. Otherwise, I will need lots of help next time, I won't manage with a small child to care for. Wish you relief from your pain soon and that baby girl decides to stay in some more time 💗
I’m hoping it goes away for me too!
I had to use a belly band for my pregnancy with my daughter. It helped a lot with back pain and some pelvic pain… daughter was 9 1/2 lbs at birth!
A supportive belt will definitely help with the pelvic pain. Also try laying down instead of sitting and when you do do it with a pillow between your knees/legs. Hope these tips help you. This is what I did when I was pregnant with my babies 🩷 Thank you for sharing Echo with us.. he's so smart 🩵 hope you have a blessed wk Judea much ❤ from Michigan,US
Echo is so sweet 🥹 ❤
Hi great to c u both u look so well sorry u r in so much pain u still look amazing and u r doing so well with the house it is starting to look more homely now that’s just what u need but remember to rest take care have a good week c u soon from Jackie 🌈🤗
🥰🥰🥰
Im due in August too. A day after my firsts birthday! My pelvic pain is so bad this pregnancy. I used a cane one day and then ordered a bell band. I do recommend getting one. Its been helping. But doesn't take the pain away completely. I saw some exercises you can do to help the pain but haven't tried it yet.
Hoping the belly band will get me to the end of this pregnancy! X we’re not far from the finish line 🥰
Judea if you can get to an Osteo I hiiiighly recommend. I had the same pain with my 2nd baby and once I started seeing an Osteo and aligining my hips and back again it helped a ton! Not just for in pregnancy and after as well to get back to being able to walk and do mum tasks without all that pain. Plus a belly band too for just hiking that puku up when its feeling too heavy. Hopefully you feel some relief soon x😊
Yes! Need to do this!
Sending best wishes to you and your family. I remember once reading that many marriages don't survive Sudden Unexplained Infant Death. I believe my husband and I were fortunate, I'm not sure how or why we made it through although not without mental health issues and eating disorder on my part. It has been a long road. I understand the immense struggles and enduring pain, the heartache of losing one's child. I hope that time will bring forgiveness and healing for you both. Blessings on you all.
I'm due in Sept. 🎉 congrats ! I have to use a belly band to help me not feel out of breath! I recommend :)
It’s getting cloooose x congratulations 🥳
You look so good right out of bed!! Idk how you do it. I wake up most of the time and cant stop sneezing with morning allergies. Im a hot mess. 😂
😅 oh no! I definitely feel like a hot mess rolling out of bed haha
@@Itsjudeaaa you definitely don't look it
Have you looked into finding a pelvic floor therapist? They’re amazing! I’ve also had all my babies at 37 weeks so you never know :)
I haven’t! What do they do?
I carried twins and I was huge! The belly band was a godsend ❤😊
Hey Judea! I had chronic pelvic pain during my entire pregnancy. It was brutal, I couldn't even get off of the couch unassisted. I was told that it's very common and though it's very uncomfortable, it's nothing to worry about. I do suggest discussing your level of discomfort in detail with your midwife because I know everyones body/pregnancy is different and to get reassurance and peace of mind it may help ease your nerves. I got it very early in my pregnancy and it didn't go away until I gave birth. You're quite the trooper to be able to work through the pain, I was a huge baby about it😂
Omg the whole time!? Super woman
You look Fantastic ❤
Just take one day at a time. **** Life has a way of straightening everything out. 😊
I remember getting more pelvic pain with my third pregnancy. I wish I'd used a belly band. I did however go to a Physiotherapist and an Osteopath and they both helped.
Btw with the wallpaper idea I mentioned in your last video comments, I've not personally done wallpaper. I can see a really funky design as well 😃
All the best and thanks for keeping us updated.
Oh! So I actually found some really cool wallpaper and looked into the cost….over $1K! Might have to wait wait a bit for that one and stick to a gallery wall in the meantime 🥰
@@Itsjudeaaa Ouch!! Good idea 😃
Great vlog
My baby is due early September/late August and I have too been experiencing pelvic pains. My doctor did not check the position of the baby, but just told me there is not much I can do until baby comes out. She did recommend the belly band and I have been using that when doing my runs or walks and I do feel like it has helped. It doesn’t take it away completely but it does make it more bearable ❤
Wow you’re still running! I had to stop around 23/25 weeks hehe
I'm so sorry you are hurting! With my last pregnancy I had symphysis pubis dysfunction, which is where your body overproduces the relaxin hormone that allows your tendons to stretch more during birth. It was incredibly painful, especially when standing or turning side to side in the bed. Maybe google it and see if it sounds like what you are experiencing and if so bring it up at your midwife appointment to see what suggestions she has. I had a good belly band with nice back support and it helped so much with the pain and heavy bowling ball feeling, I would definitely suggest getting one.
You are so close to the end, I hope the end of the pregnancy gets easier not harder for you! So excited for your family and sweet baby Ever! ❤️
I’ll definitely run it by her! X
Thank you 🩷
No more of seeing echo’s face grow? Go you mamma xx
One advice I have is that never think you are bothering the midwives or doctor or that you are overreacting. You don’t need to wait until the next appointment.
You’re so right
Have you ever been to a chiropractor during your other pregnancies? I carried my older daughter very low and developed sciatica ( she was my second pregnancy). My pelvis and hips kept sliding out of place because of how the ligaments are changing. Hope you find some relief soon!
I haven’t been to a chiro, I prefer the osteo which I also haven’t seen so maybe I should go before bubs arrives x
Belly band and belly taping! Ask your midwife about incompetent cervix or cervical insufficiency it happens closer to delivery but could happen in 2nd trimester
Echo sounds so big now ;-; loved the vlog
He’s such a big boy! Where’d my baby go 😩
Judea, you could be a model
Don’t forget, this time e you are taking care of a toddler and as you said, you have a lot going on❤ look into seeing a pelvic floor specialist 😊
29 weeks today and OMG the pelvic pain has been excruciating.. 😟 I have to walk so slow and stand up slowly. It’s been tough. I never had the pain with my first two pregnancies but my last one and this one are just tough. ❤ belly band does help a lot!
Yes! The slow walking makes me feel so weak 😩😩😩
@@Itsjudeaaa same
You should search up spinning baby’s I think it will help your pain and get baby in a good position I swore by it with my second, currently pregnant with 3rd and will do all the exercises again
Never heard of it!
Is your baby on the bigger side? My boy (born last aug) was on the bigger side and I was in a lot of pain. I tried a bunch of gentle hip/pelvic stretches because it hurt to walk. The belly band didnt help a ton because my belly was just so low. Hope you can find some relief
So much love to your family 🩷💙🩷
She’s tracking along the same as my other two which were both average size babies and I feel smaller than when I had Echo…maybe my bodies just giving up hehe
@Itsjudeaaa your pelvis does kind of 'loosen' up with each subsequent pregnancy. I used to gently lift my belly and do a deep squat to stretch. I think it was part of a stretch series to move baby more into pelvis, too! You're getting close to August, so not too much longer 🩷💙🩷
Oh yea, when i was pregnant with my daughter i had severe pelvic pain early on, like 24wks on ans i was so tired and sick the whole time ..with my son pregnancy was a breeze.
Girls right…. 😅
It might be Pelvic Girdle Pain, this is not normal pregnancy pain. I didn't have it with my 1st but 2nd pregnancy 2.5yrs later I was having terrible pain with simple activities. Walking, sitting, laying down, everything was painful, even eventually driving was painful. If I lifted my foot to walk on stairs or crossed my legs or closed my knees together it was like the pelvis and hip were going break off each other. I needed actual physical therapy but it didn't help much
I’ve got no hip or back pain just feels like lots of pressure right where her head is pushing down so I’m hoping it’s not pelvic girdle pain 🤞🏽 Will definitely mention to my midwife in more detail next week x
@@Itsjudeaaa the pain was main focused on the pelvis area at the pubic bone, everything somehow made the pressue worse. It's hard to explain but it showed me how everything was connected. I did do chiropractor and the first wasn't so successful but I found another one that did help.
Echo sounds just like Boo in Monsters Inc when he babbles ❤❤❤
😍
🌸🌸💛💛
Hi Judea. You look beautiful! Echo is sooo adorable and sweet. I would definitely try a belly band. It will hopefully take some of the pressure off of your pelvis. It's worth a try. 🌺🌼🌻
I like salads but I’m so bad at making them. 😅
Bought salads are always better haha and so expensive!
Belly bump looks beautiful!!!! I miss being pregnant!!!!! Lol
☺️🤍
Go see a pelvic floor therapist and that should be able to help you with your pelvic pain! You don’t have to live with it :)
Your kids are going to be close in age.
Is he in daycare full time?
Nope
Kia ora Judea, please move your jug away from the edge of your bench. Little hands are so quick. Arohanui ♥️
Will you give birth unmedicated this time too? 😊
That’s the plan x
Are you doing home birth? Go to hospital there are alot of risks for home birth
Do you think you guys would have separated if noah lee was alive ?
I personally think that’s in inappropriate question to ask someone.
Noah had NOTHING to do with their separation, so don't even go there. Also, that's such an insensitive question!!
@@user-xx5rk2oh5zI completely agree.
@@LaDimplez91I completely agree with you too!
@@LaDimplez91 not saying she did , alot would have been different if noah were still alive so all I'm asking is would that somehow have impacted the way things have turned out or does she think it would have happened either way ?
Gosh, pelvic girdle pain is excruciating 😖 and lightning crotch… if you’ve ever had that? I remember when I first experienced pelvic girdle pain with baby number 2, my midwife said to me “it’s only going to get worse with any future pregnancies” and boy was she right! By baby number 5, it was literally torture and started as early as 13 weeks 😢 even walking a short distance was unbearable. And sadly, nothing helped either. So I truly sympathise with the pain you’re going through 🤍
Omg!! I got lighting crotch after birth with Echo when I was imbalanced, it came right once I got stronger though thank goodness! None of that so far just the pelvic pain 😩
