Hey Eli! Very important hot-tip for lazers, PLEASE get lazer glasses or a lazer box to block out any errant lazer reflections, the little shroud around the head IS NOT ENOUGH. (it can happen randomly, even on wood. Impurities n such can do wierd stuff.) It only takes one half second to permanently destroy your eyes, camera, screens, etc. Its 100000% worth the minimal cost.
alternative method: don’t look at the machine during operation 🧠🧠

3:18 I've never heard of that added step of using airflow to increase the heat of the point of burn on a laser cutter (though I've never used one myself), and personally that's an amazing innovation due to how much energy and cost that saves on the laser generator's specs.

There should be an origin button on the machine. In light burn you can set it to absolute coordinates which would be based on the laser bed itself. Or point of origin. If you're doing a little smile face for example and you want it in a gap on the sheet but don't want to measure it out, you can set the origin point in the top right corner of the space you want to use and frame it in that way.

Hey man, I use to watch a lot in high school and I stopped for a bit due to career and what not but I stopped by today cause of the h*ck shirt I bought around my junior/senior year, I put it on today and wanted to see how you were doing.
