The only problem with these types of pH products is, they will not hold the pH very long. For example. Say you pH what ever you are growing to 5.8. Go back in a hour and check your pH and its 7.2. I'm not saying this product will do that. But every product I've used made from these ingredients does what I stated in my example. So it's a good chance this product will do the same thing.
I use , Grow, Bloom, Alg a mic, Fish Mix, Bio Heaven, Cal Mag & Top Max. I also need to adjust the PH because I use RO filtered water which is PH 6.5. I grow Barneys Farm genetics. They like a good feed and are thirsty girls. Zero nute burn from start to finish. BioBizz all the way.
How much does the Grow-Bloom-TMax-Heaven-Alg-a-Mic combo lower the ph?? I cant measure it so i guess with time my soil will have turned slightly acidid probably.. Would it be good to add the nutrient line to bottled water with 8.3 ph??
We wouldn't worry too much. Over time they'll have a negligible effect on your soil pH. You could pH your feed if you wanted but mostly the soil will act as a pH buffer.
@@growell You are absolutely right! Bought a PH Meter and i saw that when i mix all the nutes in the TAP water the PH automatucally comes at 6.5 PH!!! I am so excited with this!!! Excelent Products!!!
Hello, one question please. I'm using Biobizz light mix soil with other Biobizz nutrients. Can i adjust the pH with only lemon juice and baking soda? Will the ingredients interfere?
Can I use this organic pH up down with mineral nutrients? Can't find anything online about it's compatibility? Just states to use with biobizz organic nutrients. Nothing about it being compatible with the most popular feed out there a mineral salt feed? I'm adding microbials too
It depends on how much water you're adding it to, 0.1 is ratio to 1L of water, if you're using 3L water then adjust to 0.3ml of pH up or down. I not an expert but hopefully this helps you bro
So I feed my plants this morning and discovered a few results regarding ph levels. The ph of the 1L tap water was 8.9. Added 1ml of fish mix. Ph dropped from 8.9 to 7.1. After adding a quarter of ml fish mix it dropped to 7.0. After leaving the water for 10min I test the Ph again and 7.0 was the reading. I'm using coco coir perlite. My question is do I have to use ph down to adjust to 6.2 - 6.3 ?? I discovered that the ph liquid I have is not organic. Can I use non organic ph liquid with organic nutrients?
You don't have to use pH adjusters to get your nutrient solution to the optimum pH level. As the Biobizz range is acidic it'll bring down the pH level of your Nutrient solution as you've witnessed. You only need to use the pH adjusters if your pH levels are not where you want them to be after adding in your nutrients. Do Not use non-organic pH adjusters with organic nutrients, as they kill the beneficial organic nutrients in those solutions. If you're using organic nutrients definitely use the Biobizz Bio pH adjusters as they use organic methods of adjusting your nutrients pH levels.
@@growell Can't I use the non-organic pH adjusters and dilute it with water than add the water? I would also like to know if coco coir perlite drops the pH level or not?
The aggressive chemicals in non-organic pH adjusters will kill the beneficial microbes found in organic nutrients, even if diluted in water so we definitely don't recommend doing that. Technically your coco will have a pH level but as your plants don't absorb anything from the coco, you don't have to worry about your coco when calculating your pH levels.
You mentioned something very interesting, you said '' the microbes will adjust the pH of the soil '' . The reason I find that interesting is I've experienced this myself . If i combine grow bizz-5.5ph and fish mix-5.7ph in one liter water and how ml biobizz ph+ can i put in the water to be 6 and 6,5ph? And how much ml i can put i one liter biogrow and fish mix ? Can i put 2ml-2ml each per watering?😅
very alkaline water . when using RO system the water is still at PH 8 - tried alot mixing it with rain or osmosis 50/50 didnt work well at all on biobizz EC is 450 after mixing ith osmosis 250
As RO water can only be pH 7 we would strongly suggest you double check your RO filter system. This could be a problem with the filter. Also try re-calibrating your pH meter, to ensure it's giving the correct reading.
Exactly. This COMPLETELY contradicts what they've been saying for the longest time, about "never needing to pH the water/feeding solution as it will always auto-buffer". Which is it, BB?
TopMax is a more acidic nutrient because it contains humic and fulvic acids. So using TopMax will lower your pH. If it's making your nutrient solution too low on the pH scale use "Bio pH+" to bring up the pH level to between 6-6.4.

Organic 'pH +' and 'pH -' is compatible with mineral feeds it'll just require a larger dose.

That is already a big list, we would probably leave Great White out of the tea and instead use a fish mix and use the Great White as a root dressing.
