Ingredients:
Avocado -2
Tuna - 425g (15oz)
Red onion - 1
Cucumber - 1
Coriander - 30g (1 oz)
Lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Process:
Peel and slice the onion and transfer to a bowl.
Slice cucumber and add to bowl.
Cut, peel and slice avocados and add to bowl.
Chop coriander and add to bowl.
Drain and break up the tuna and add to bowl.
Add in the lemon juice and olive oil.
Add in the salt and black pepper.
Toss until well combined.
Healthy Avocado Tuna Salad is ready.
Enjoy.
