    Agreed!!
    I've always worn 5 for 10 shirts (Triple AAA, etc) and then after high school I was wearing softer tees that you could get at UNIQLO, hm, etc. In my eyes the softer tees were high quality because of my experience of wearing AAA, etc. So when I started looking for shirts I wanted them to be soft/light and that's what I ran with. The people that ordered the first run of shirts loved the soft shirts, however, my friends who still wore AAA and proclub didn't. They liked the designs but not the shirts. You can't really please everyone but I say just run with what YOU like.

    I personally found pro club way too boxy, short and the collar was super tight and the shirt felt like I was wearing it backwards. After buying one of every model from over 6 different companies I decided to go with Alstyle "Premium" 1701 but also like the alstyle classic as a backup and M&O as my secondary brand if those are out of stock. All except the classic are made in Mexico and have relatively the same fit. Your videos are what made me decide to order Alstyle in the first place, so thank you. Keep up all the hard work. I'm looking to see if any other brand offers something similar like gildan 5000 vs 2000

    I wanted to ask. What would the difference be in a.) knowing what your customers want to buy before spending (e.g. what you said) and b.) having your own vision and pushing it out through passion and marketing?

    • @BigBrandoh
      @BigBrandoh  3 роки тому

      who would you market too if you didnt know who you wanted to sell too? knowing your audience is a huge part of this process. whether you buy blanks based on who you want to sell too or use your own vision blanks. you still gotta know who you are selling too.

      i have no idea. i imagine fitness people want a light weight shirt or maybe a tri blend. as for sneaker head casual guys i would look at the brands they currently wear and go based off of that fit feel and cut

    Gildan is easy access for me here Maryland. Is the heavy cotton gildan brand tshirt a decent quality you sell?

    • @BigBrandoh
      @BigBrandoh  3 роки тому

      i sell mostly heavy weight shirts to my customers. thats what they like. but i personally dont use the gildan heavy weight shirts. my customers like pro club and alstyle. i would say if your customers like heavy weight shirts, try them out but if your customers dont like heavy weight shirts, you might get stuck with a bunch of shirts you cant sell.

    where can I find manufacturers for all clothing, around the LA area? Also awesome video! Straight game

    • @BigBrandoh
      @BigBrandoh  3 роки тому

      probably just driving around the fashion district in downtown LA. gotta put in the leg work for that kind of stuff. most blank manufacturers no longer have distro in LA. its all been moved out of state. But if your looking somebody to manufacturer clothing you gotta knock on some doors and find all the pieces to the puzzle

    • @BigBrandoh
      @BigBrandoh  3 роки тому +1

      i would suggest putting your ideas out now. the market will tell you if its a good idea or not. i like to put stuff out sooner than later just incase somebody else has the same idea as me. i would hate to look like the one who copied. even if we both had the same original idea.

    what's good Brandoh! Just watched about 50 of your videos to get caught up on all game you've been teaching. I'm curious about your experience with placing designs in unorthodox places (wrist, collar, ribcage, etc.) Is the process/results the same or are there issues with this? Using plastisol transfers. Thanks for the help mane!
