10:39 Judith boosters are essentially "no touching grass" set because of how they eat pretty much no EN when flying. It's a fun build if you want to stay up as much as you want to. Oh and a fun build with that is having Linstant and Judith booster. Overboost on the ground and have fun having almost infinite OB.
I recently appreciate ACFA more due to how the parts counts are a lot more abundant than AC6 which can give you far greater variety of builds. Thank you for your helpful guides
If you want to use blades then you should use the INBLUE FCS, the one that says it's made for blades is a noob trap that makes you sacrifice a ton of lock speed for just a little bit of blade homing range.
I know this video is a few months old at this point, but I noticed youre using a lahire leg build for some of the B-roll footage of this video, could we get a build and breakdown on that? I love the way that the lahire legs look and I would love to try that out!
Id need to refresh my memory on blades, but I loved using blades back in the day. The ones I mained on my pvp high speed blader were referred to the repeater blades due to their high recharge rate. That build wasnt for blade v blade though. It was a 4400kmh bullet with blades on 4 legs that exploded repeatedly. I have a video showcasing its speed, but never had a chance to record battles. But it was made with exploiting spidermanning in mind. Thats were you use the blade attacks lunge to accelerate to high speeds and alternate blades to keep the speed going, which is how I hit those speeds. It wasnt very well known when I mained that build tho
Most people don't enjoy blades in their lobbies nowadays because they sort of break the netcode. For you everything looks ok, but for your opponent you teleport all over the place.
@@invyt I know. I don't think I've ever experienced that back on the 360. We use to do blade lobbies all the time and take turns fighting each other. But once I made Sonic Boom, I started doing 7v1 and my opponents were allowed to use whatever they wanted
@@uncleweirdbeard86 As far as I'm aware it happens on all consoles - there's some ways to mitigate it a little, but the netcode is sort of held together by sticks and glue. Blades are the only weapon in the game that are attacker sided registration, so they're sort of funky.
@@invyt Ya, I've been told thats the case. Ig my friends just weren't fast enough to cause it or I just got use to it and never noticed, lol. The blades boost can be quite sudden and intense if your build focuses on that like mine did. I'd imagine it does tend to send a swarm of packets each time I swung, lol
Im playing AC4 right now, my first AC game ever. I was being a little confused with all of that stats, parts and weapons. Trying light build, mid build, but then find my happiness with heavy build based on L02-ALBIREO legs, with two Sakunami bazookas and two Yamaga shoulder cannons, it’s so damn fun!
Fair. When I was playing I went dual mini guns and the maximum size missile racks, I liked maximum pew and pressure, didn’t realize this may not have been a good idea lmao
I always feel like loadouts that buck conventional wisdom are interesting. Im tempted to play this game just to attempt a close range heavyweight wuth Gatling and chainguns lol
You're welcome to try and you'd probably be able to clear the campaign with it just fine! But in PvP I wouldn't advise that unless you're on the new modded reg, 1.98. On that chainguns and gatlings are pretty good.
Wrong! The best build is whatever you think looks coolest! The point of pvp is to flex on people with ugly ac's, worrying about 'efficacy' and 'winning' is for nerds! Duh!
AC4 FA is my first arm core game. And I need help. I would like to run a CqC melee build in this game. But I don't know how to and im stuck at a pretty frustrating part of the early game. I'm at R25 where I need to fight red fox to move up in arena, and in the story I'm at white glint. Both of which I dont feel like I have the skill to fight and more so, i feel like i just dont have a good build. Although this has helped me learned, at these early stages, suggested parts for the most part just aren't there for me to use. And I dont understand the stats well enough to figure it out especially in mass combination.
Not... Really... Haha... The basic concepts apply, but the games are slightly different so any specific recommendations will be sort of out the window. You can use it as a basic frame of reference at best. Unfortunately there just aren't really any guides for 4 because there aren't a ton of active players of that game.
Complicated question! The spread pattern on missiles changed a lot about how desirable they are to use, the most popular ones mostly being spread missiles. MP0203 is a community favorite because to dodge them, you need to get closer to the ground for example - when enemies dodge it, you can fire a grenade at them to make them take damage. It is very situational what missiles you want and you may just have to try them out in pvp yourself to find your favorites. The MP series of missiles are well loved and wheelings are very good.
For assault armor you need an overed booster with assault armor on it. Once you have one of those on, the input is over boost + both weapon swap buttons. On type b controls that's triangle, square, and x at the same time.
I tend to gravitate towards middle to heavy builds due to more AP. mobility is nice, but surviving is better. also weapons like the Hitman and the Motocobra, grenade cannons double mounted on the back, a laser blade on the left just like the OG games, assault armor, and presto. that's my build.
no fucking way this whole time i thought melee ability affected blade weapon damage ;-; this whole time i could've been using whatever i want and not be fucked for it? dam man talk about misleading stat names

I believe that's the lightweight included in the emulator pack from my channel, Bomber.
5:38 Should also specify that the en skill only affects your arm weapons. Back en weapons get nothing
Ah yeah, that's true - I didn't think about it because back mounted EN weapons are sort of rare thanks to their generally lower projectile velocities.
@@invyt yeah, that's fair. New players might try them out thinking they get buffed by the en skill so it would be a good idea to let them know

What regulation are you playing on? Inblue lock speed seem to be nerfed on 1.4 (600 instead of 1000 like in the video)
1000 is after tuning lock speed.
