Even designated soaps to remove wax like Adams polishes strip wax or chemical guys clean slate have a very hard time removing waxes completely.
You should just buy some of that purple power degreaser stuff. My current car has easy rims to clean but my old bmw had about 20 gaps and the degreaser makes the dirt fall off once you spray it. Works great for getting dirt off anything even interior stuff. It can clean stuff you thought impossible like sap and bugs too.

Nice video, but dish soap does NOT remove the clear coat on cars. It will strip any wax or coatings on you have though.

FYI this would be an expensive cleaner for those uses. I recommend super clean, much cheaper and cleans way better and suds like crazy.
