In a kind of movie I've seen 2 or 3 different movies about Hank wood. About Hank Williams. I didn't, I was supposed to boy. He died in my Hometown but anyway. Is there a but anyway the story is of hi. Hank william's story is amazing i'm saying two or three good ones
It was in the South, especially the. South are the mining communities or the you know what I say? Are the hillbell a shark s*** Star Wars by Hank Williams lost airline. Lost hawaii oh wow that's crazy baby
It's hard to go wrong with a Hank song. Hard hard thing to do. I'll take you all over the place. I can't go boys, Hank goes gospel and then it goes. Hanky dunk and so hanks all over the road
Hank fell 525 ft down the side of Ajax Mountain in August 1975 while hunting. He was only stopped by hitting a boulder head first, exposing his brain. Hank Sr was part of the 1st class of the Country Music Hall of Fame. Hank Jr was inducted this past November.
Hank Jr. fell off a mountain in Montana in 1975, and landed on his face. he almost died, after much reconstructive surgery, he grew a beard, and wears dark glasses to hide the scars. Hank rocks!
Hank jr has sold over 100 million albums and has won entertainer of the yr 5 times in a row, knowbody will ever do that again, he is in the writers hall of fame as well as the country music hall of fame like his father, his two sons hank the 3rd has had a seller career as well as his youngest son Sam williams he is American icon also he did the Monday night football theme song for over 24 yrs, ARE YOU READY FOR SO.E FOOTBALL
Yes Hank was hunting and had a 500-foot fall in the high mountains miraculously survived but that explains the shades in the beard had many surgeries and scarring and yes good ol Hank is the real deal I saw him in concert back in the day and I think he literally played every instrument
FYI, Hank Sr.'s Name was Hiram King Williams. Hank Jr's Name is Randall Hank Williams. Just a few tid-bits of Hank Williams family Trivia for you nice folks! I've always been a Hank Jr. Fan!! "Bocephus" is Hank Jr's Nick-Name bestowed upon him by his late Father! Bocephus was actually a Puppet on the Grand Ole Opry back in the 50's when Hank Sr. Played there. To many Legendary Hits to mention between those 2 Giants of Country Music!!!!
Hank Williams Jr was apart of the outlaw group of country singers, lots of controversy between different country sects if you ever check it out they are some of the best musicians in the world, God bless he fill off a mountain
Hank Jr fell 500ft off Ajax Mountain in 1975. He’s had multiple surgeries on his head and face. The beard and sunglasses hide the scars. He recorded a song in 1980 (All in Alabama) that tells a little bit about his accident.
He fell off a mountain. He actually stayed at my grandfather's cabin on Smith lake after his accident. He stayed there to avoid paparazzi until his beard grew out enough to cover his scar's... Unfortunately I never got to meet him. My grandfather passed when I was really young so Hank's not been out to his old stomping grounds in Cullman except to do a concert at Rock the South, he's been to Huntsville, and I saw one of his concerts Birmingham... You should see him get down on the piano!
Two songs are a MUST for Hank Jr. 1) A COUNTRY BOY CAN SURVIVE and 2) THE LAST LOVE SONG. PS Watch the video for ACBCS where he's all in black coasting down the river. For TLLS, watch the video where he is young and Roy Clark introduces him.
First time I've seen your channel. I'm a big Hank Jr fan. I'd go on about him some but I think others have already given you the low down on him. Check out "outlaw wemen" by him. There is a video of him doing that song live.
@@JustinPanariello just watched it! It was great! I left kind of a long comment & I try not to get so long winded but it was a fun reaction. Good reaction from your wife!! I knew it! I explain what I mean in the comment of that video. Lol!
Remember that country music was different in Hank, Sr.'s time. He died in 1953. Other than rare exceptions, there were no drums in country. There was a time when it was controversial in country music to have drums in the band. Up until around the 1960s or 1970s, they didn't allow drums at the Grand Ole Opry. The rock and roll phenomenon was still new in the 60s, and many older folks were against it, especially in the more conservative country music realm. When people like Waylon Jennings and Hank Williams, Jr. came along with drums in the band, long hair, and so forth, it was seen as rebellious ("outlaw"). Though they weren't the first, and their guitar licks may not sound like rock and roll to us today, they were rock and roll to the ears of the conservative country mainstream in the 60s. Bands like the Eagles were considered rock in the 70s, but ears today would say, "That's country." Times have certainly changed.
Maybe introduce her to Sr. with "Be careful of stones that you throw" ua-cam.com/video/t7rX0PycJJU/v-deo.html that one puts a tear in this grown man's eye. "Lost on the river" ua-cam.com/video/sh_-zxHMb2o/v-deo.html is another good one that sadly is overlooked because people today would rather click on lost highway just because they've heard of it. River is much better. Looking forward to whatever you decide, your call, it's still America while we've got it.
I like the artists you react to but I don't like the derogatory giggles about peoples' looks. Example, Sonny Bono who was a musical genius. I don't find it funny that he died in a snowboarding accident.
