People obsession with free is just next level. You can't get peer referral , projects experience , mentoring session for free. Industry is and will always value paid certifications because it shows someone invested and was disciplined enough to do the upskilling. Udemy,Coursera,UA-cam learning won't help everyone to get a job atleast in India.

Great learning pgp course in data science is the total wastage of money. Believe me I completed this course in june 2024. Their is nothing like placement in this course. They post jobs but companies do not value their certificate. Also, course fee is very high but their content is old

Not,. Really. There are masters in economics who are who are working with me as well. But it is easier to get job if you a have engineering background. Coming to course, I guess you need to have b.tech for the course itself.

Actually, i would say start on UA-cam first. Dont go for offline without completing few project’s (even if you need to copy paste) , then you will see value for money
It depends. There is no substitute to self learning. But you need to have dedication. 2.5L is huge money for a certificate IMO. But if you need external help, then you have to spend money.

You will be taught coding in the course so I guess coding is not an issue. There are people who got job after certificate courses but personally, I value degree and self learnings.

Start typing code.. no copy paste. TYPE. Trust me you will be expert in 3 months. But you need TYPE.
I checked their website and connected with their counsellor for data analyst role..fees are expensive it’s almost 3lakh..what you suggest?
I would start from free resources, and find a mentor who can guide me during learning process, may be pay something for mentors time
