Nothing much more to that scene. and at 5:15, long story short Erik (the guy piloting the gelgoog) is asking how the battle is going. The guys in the ship are keeping the fact that Zeon lost a secret for now, because they know Erik will overreact and get himself killed in battle. Hope that helped ^^
Jeez that poor Zaku Pilot.. Hit with all that red hot slag, that was basically being hit with the molten copper from an RPG-7 but slow enough it doesn't kill you on impact. white walker According to Gihren’s Greed White Base, the Guncannon, and Guntank would all be captured with Amuro escaping into to the desert.
@Steve Campbell He is a newtype though, dont forget that.
Imagine if the Gundam Alex got to Amuro before his showdown with Char.
No more Quattro Bajeena.
@@HaloFTW55 I think the Nu Gundam was superior to the Alex, actually. Since the Alex wasn't Pscyoframe carrying. It was just an updated RX-78 with CHOBAM
I know. You get to see just how much of a monster it is through Zeon's eyes. I'm Surprised Erik survived at all.
We rarely get to see Gelgoogs live up to their full potential
Meanwhile in Cosmic Era, GuAIZ got the short end of the stick, GuAIZ R becomes the Barzam of SEED Destiny. The fact that GSD started aired when Gundam celebrate its 25th anniversary doesn't help much either. It got sidelined by milestone celebration of CE ZAKU Warrior and GOUF Ignited. They could've just made them straight up as kits for the anniversary.
actually, a ton of cool details inside the cockpit
i love gundams but i have always loved the gm's more for some reason dont know why
probably because the GMs were the Federation's military response to the Zaku and were designed effectively to be the usual trooper's choice. I can say that the feeling of beating a gundam while piloting a zaku I is a lot more of a high than just playing the Gundam variants because they're like "Bruh, I don't even have to try."

4:54 Even in the future the mechanics have a shitload of paper work to deal with
I think that’s all the unique manuals of the machines zeon has
Now here is the YT recommendation of a 10 years old vid
See you guys in the next 10 years
3:47 Damn that Guncannon kicked ass!
Hey, give Kai Shiden some credit.
@@HaloFTW55 That wasn't Kai. Different Guncannon model number.
I would like to see a remake of Mobile Suit Gundam with this animation
It ain't happening, sadly.
@@papertoons7 still, it would really cool
3:05 oh yeah this was before gundam thunderbolt. where the zeong availability became retconned in that manga.
thunderbolt showed at the battle of a baou qu a group of federation task force snuck behind to the production line where they were making the other zeong units with if correct there were 4-5 completed with production number on them. of course char he took the first one at the battle. the task force able to stop and completely halt further production of the remaining zeong mobile suits.
then thunderbolt and 0083: rebellion mangas are closer to events of gundam: the origin manga version where this was either closer to events of the series version or anime trilogy version of mobile suit gundam.
also forgot the movements of these mobile suits. the origin manga in somew way they still move a little agile but they try to make it more realistic on their weight and join limitations for being massive mechs.
That being said, Thunderbolt is most likely AU, not really in the same universe as the the original MSG.
Love that RX-78-2 Beam Rifle sound.
"It has no legs."
"Yeah your right."
I love the GM Command Space Type, and damn that Guncannon had balls!
Well it was probably Kai since Amuro was nearby and the sly tactic to disengage by jumping on the shield and gun down another ennemy is his fighting style (this was also a V project Guncannon not a MP Guncannon)
@@marcomeinnel6955 I was hoping that it was Kai.
@@josh_miester_x511 Yeah, it's Kai.
@@ultimateblade4127 awesome.
@dchris1990 The federation pilot (forgot his name) is just in shock that the ship was destroyed.
The poor guy either died from his wounds or from his normal suit getting burnt open. Not sure which would have been kinder either.
Ah the beam supersoaker.
The Beam Spray Gun to Gundam, is like the Imperial Lazgun to 40K. Just one won't do much. But a *trillion* of them is, well, watch the results for yourself.
@@airplanemaster1 At close range it was actually even more powerful than the Gundam's Beam Rifle
I love seeing the MSG and 0080 GM designs fighting together ^_^
Would love a translation for this and all Gundam games we never got over here for that matter.

@FlygonF91 No matter how powerful, the Zeong was a single suit/armor. The Feddies had pinned A Baoa Qu in a pincer movement; Char couldn't be at both ends of the battlefield at once.
