it takes a little getting used to, but you can input a sprint (L3 on PS) as soon as the attack is finished you don't need a running start to do the sprint strike, you only need to be in the sprint frames for just a little bit then press attack I press L3 and then immediately press square, repeatedly
people do! I prefer the Duel Rush since it's easier to commit 15 minutes of my time than a whole 3 hours but hey, people really do run the whole game, and it's interesting to see! check it out sometime!

do you mean sub-11? because right now I have sub-12 (less than 12 minutes) to get sub-11 or lower, I would have to make 0 mistakes also, my build relies on the "10% chance to deal double damage" charms, and the only reason this run is fast is because I was lucky and my x2 damage procced many times this definitely isn't my smoothest run, as I made plenty of mistakes but even if I do 0 mistakes, my time is usually 12-14 minutes I have to do 0 mistakes *and* be lucky enough to get many x2 damage procs since the run is so chance based at this point, I'm kind of discouraged from running it for a while since I could try my hardest and still come short and I just have to hope I get lucky I'll try again in a few months, just for fun or hopefully I'll lab a little bit and find some ways to do things faster so that I'm not relying too much on chance
The ending for the spirit of yarikawa is just mean the kick was personal
