Enough with the passive aggressive bullshit....you've been programmed with all this nonsense in your head. What your actually watching is two very good mates ripping the piss out of each other. Go into any workmen's club you will see it first hand and it's all in the name of "good fun"....unless your a touchy little bitch ofcourse.🙄People these days, what a world we live in.
Everyone thought Steve was the boring one and jimmy was the happy one however Steve is actually the funny happy one while jimmy is the miserable one most the time.
I had the pleasure of going to a Steve Davis & Jimmy White exhibition match a couple of years ago. Steve was hilarious, he had a full hour of trickshot-standup act, everyone was laughing their heads off!
Steve was only boring and schoolboy-like in the 1980s cause his manager wanted him to be like that. There were so much more money in the clean image and selling mass-produced stuff back then, so Steve did that for the millions. He does not need that image anymore now.
I love that two of the most dominant snooker players ever, who were fierce rivals in late 80s early 90s. Can be so chill now with eachother, they're both so natural infront of the camera great banter nice to see.
HAHAHAHA. After 1 minute, I'm already laughing my head off. This really is turning out to be an amazing series and channel in general. Thank you Stephen!
Stephen helped me through depression when I was a teenager! Not directly, but by watching his games and being a huge fan of him. And him being world number 1 for 9 years helped a lot obviously. Now that's a record nobody would even come close to.
Yes, back in the 90's you only needed to be a Hendry, Pete Sampras, Michael Schumacher & Alex Ferguson/ Man Utd. fan & you were sorted. I had it good aside from the fact I was an LFC fan.
@kommunisticalDid not help. He just wasn't depressed. People don't quite understand what depression is and call depression natural teenage mood swings. Well, like: "now I'm sad, so I'm depressed. And then I watched my favorite show and I got fun. Wow, it turns out that it helped me cope with depression!" But depression is actually a bit more complex than the usual mood swings that any teenager experiences during puberty.
Steve Davis was the player that got me hooked on snooker in the 80's when I was just a 14yr old lad. Living in Sheffield I was walking near the Crucible one Saturday whilst the finals were on and Steve walked past me. I dashed into a shop and bought a notebook & pen and ran after him, he was kind enough to give me his autograph and I thought 'Wow', and I was star struck. From that day I was hooked on the game, so thanks Steve.
Thank you Stephen for your continued amazing content! Steve is always a riot. The banter between the two of you as well as all the insights are great fun to watch, all a snooker fan can dream of. Remembering what a ruthless and almost clinical player you were especially in the 90s I could never have imagined to see this chill and witty side of you, you're a top bloke!
These two need their own show together. Obviously a snooker orientated show where they both challenge each other to certain shots, interview current and retired players, talk openly and honestly about the current state of the game, recent controversies and they can also spend a day with current players giving us an insight into their typical day and their prep for tournaments. Would be a great show for the proper fans. I’d love it
You gotta love this man, what a sense of humour!! I wasn't even sure you'd ask Steve to do the Tough Table challenge, considering how chill you guys were playing during the last session, but I'm glad you did, thanks for the share
Not seeing him in an episode ever would still be too soon. He probably wouldn't make an appearance anyway, well not unless he was offered a shed load of money.
@Nano T. Yes I know Ronnie is a 🤡 and a massive 🔔🔚, which is probably the same attributes of his moronic "come on Ronnie!!!" brigade, and why you are a fan of his. 😉
Steve is so funny but serious point. Even for a 6 time world champion snooker player it shows if you don't play anymore you can't really play. It just shows how much practice is required to keep playing on a high level.
What I love about Tony Drago is the fact that even when he is not in the room, he provides a moment of hilarity (without forgetting the point that he cleared up the table in that story).
Steve Davis saying ‘ Come on Stephen ‘ 😂😂😂 the banter between you guys is brilliant . Would love to go for 🍺 with you guys , John parrott Dennis taylor and Ken doherty as well . Keep these going Stephen , great entertainment 🎉🎉
Loving all the videos, the change in pace between tips/interviews/challenges is great fun to watch. All the talk of Big Break is bringing back some awesome memories. I think we've already found our new hosts in Hendry and Davis - got to bring it back chaps!
Two legendary snooker players who dominated snooker in their eras. Steve Davis, the multiple times World Champion playing like my uncle in the bar!! Haha! Love this!!
Well done Steve 👏 this one was definitely the funiest tough table challenge yet. Keep it up Stephen with the great content I loving every video so far. ⚪🔴⚫
These 2 always will be and are... SIMPLY THE BEST...BETTER THAN ALL THE REST! 🎤 You know why? Because the 80s and 90s they both dominated the sport for a decade each and were untouchable during those times. So yeah simply the best. 👍🏼 Great double act as well, those two should hit the road doing this act all across the uk. They have gd chemistry and understanding of each other. 👌🏽
Steve Davis is great fun. The duo of Snooker Greats, who were known to be seriously straight face, making UA-cam videos, which are actually fun, who would have thought eh? This is a fantastic Snooker channel. Love it!!
I must say, - it's a fantastic series you have come up with 😊 I'm 52yo today. And followed snooker since I was a kid. This is so much fun, you want believe it. Thank you 🤗
Absolutely superb, this channel is brilliant, I'd like to see John Higgins try the Tough Table Challenge, keep up the great content and tips more importantly :)
The Nugget and the Maestro shooting the breeze. People forget how good Steve was in the 80s. Ronnie and Stephen looked up to him. He set the standard for cold blooded potting.
These 2 are a brilliant combination 😀 Honestly, I don't have patience for any tough table challenge, and I would just request for a re-rack. These 2 though keep up my interest levels. Clearly, there is a sequence in attempting this the smart way and fruitful.
Noticed two interesting things: 1. At 2.17 Hendry says to Steve that he started his tough table with that side red. I watched his back and he started with a red on the middle of the table... Maybe he thought in hindsight that side red would have been better to start with not realising he and Steve went for the same first red after all. 2. At 4.58. Someone commented on another video they found it interesting that Hendry walks around carrying his cue while another player is playing alone for the tough table. But here Hendry himself actually chalks his own cue despite not hitting anything after Steve had potted the first red! Guess the game still flows through the man
I absolutely love the passive aggressive relationship between you and Steve 😂

@MIND they are but in a humorous way.
They're carrying on.
Hendry and Davis make a great double act 😂
Absolutely
@A White yessss
We had the Two Ronnies,, now we've got the Two Steves.
@@BeareTube yeah they play off eachother really well
Love steve 💙
Steve is just so funny. Such a nice guy. And I bet he's funny without even knowing it most of the time
I've loved listening to Steve Davis ever since I saw him doing a trick shots exhibition.
Everyone thought Steve was the boring one and jimmy was the happy one however Steve is actually the funny happy one while jimmy is the miserable one most the time.

HAHAHAHA. After 1 minute, I'm already laughing my head off. This really is turning out to be an amazing series and channel in general. Thank you Stephen!
You gotta get Jimmy on! He can still roll out centuries from time to time
I laughed when hendry chalked his cue after Davis finally potted the red🤣
Noticed that right away as well 😂
Haha I was looking for this comment before posting mine :-) Muscle memory!
What can be better than watching two of the biggest legends of snooker banter each other in the most British way possible? 🤜🤛
Stephen helped me through depression when I was a teenager! Not directly, but by watching his games and being a huge fan of him. And him being world number 1 for 9 years helped a lot obviously. Now that's a record nobody would even come close to.

Well, the title didn’t disappoint! I just wish it were a longer video 🤣 These two are great together!
I’ll say it again. I’m gutted I can’t watch these videos with my dad. They’re so good.
Loving these. Hendry is brutal it brilliant! The pair have a great relationship and it’s screaming out for a prime time tv show!
Love how Steve is so comfortable with snooker ans being in front of the camera that he improvises all the time.
Thank you Stephen for your continued amazing content! Steve is always a riot. The banter between the two of you as well as all the insights are great fun to watch, all a snooker fan can dream of.

You two together are just gold. Love this channel, love you both and love snooker since a kid! 🖤
I would never have thought these two would have been so good together - they are brilliant to watch. This is fast becoming my favourite UA-cam channel

Yeah, I got an idea for a name, big break!!
That's what Stephen has anyway, kinda.
I love how Steve says 'if I was in commentary I'd say......' to mask that he is trying to put them off!
Ah. Big Break. I loved that show. It really should make a comeback.
You can tell I spent my childhood well, I'm so familiar with both of your faces this felt like watching banter between family members. Quality content
That "wouldn't count" at 5:15 was brilliant 🤣🤣🤣🤣😁.
Always great to see these two togheter!
So glad his personality now shines through, definitely not boring anymore, another great video
It's great to see the humorous side of these players, whom we usually only see when they need to be serious.
Accidental side!!! Had to be 😂 you have to get Davis back on the channel. Brilliant stuff
You gotta love this man, what a sense of humour!! I wasn't even sure you'd ask Steve to do the Tough Table challenge, considering how chill you guys were playing during the last session, but I'm glad you did, thanks for the share
@H I'll be honest, I don't use chill normally, but it sounded fitting, relaxed or laid back would be better
I'm sure we can't wait for an episode with Ronnie
Get off his length

Absolutely fantastic video as always Stephen. Would love to see Ray Reardon on here soon if it's possible!
Rays 90 now but it would be nice if he had some success at this challenge plus he would have some great stories.
Let's see Hazel Irvine try this 😁. Many years of snooker behind her now!
Undoubtedly the best snooker channel available. Had me in stitches listening to you two🤣
Can you imagine how good a snooker hustler Steve Davis would be.
Such a disarming charm. You'd never know he was 6 time World Champion.
Not with that playing. 😉

What I loved about this video is after Steve hits a shot watch Stephen chalk his own cue even tho he knows he’s not hitting a shot
Comedy Gold! I love the banter, and Davis's story about Drago was very funny.

Steve Davis is great fun. The duo of Snooker Greats, who were known to be seriously straight face, making UA-cam videos, which are actually fun, who would have thought eh?
This is a fantastic Snooker channel. Love it!!
Terry Griffiths saying "Tricky long blue" was always on my commentary bingo card
TG saying "snuck.......er", surely?
You both made this the best episode.. Loved it to pieces.. 🤣😂😂 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Make more content with Steve .
Hilarious. So so so good. Steve is such a great sport too. Two legends having a chat by a table. Wow.
One of the greatest double acts in snooker ever you got the 2 Steve's just brilliant love it like to see more of them both on cue tips
I swear to god this is the best channel on UA-cam

Mr Davis is like a grumpy old man, whether acted or genuine its funny as 🤣🤣🤣

Who would've thought Steve Davis was made of chaos energy.
Stephen ‘If I was in the commentary box I’d be saying’ Hendry 😂😂😂

The Nugget and the Maestro shooting the breeze. People forget how good Steve was in the 80s. Ronnie and Stephen looked up to him. He set the standard for cold blooded potting.

haha I'm just 1 min 20 secs in and this is gold! Davis is naturally funny, that first white shot 🤣🤣🤣
As a Jimmy/Alex fan its like the fulfillment of an ambition to see you two missing. Keep up the good work.
A huge contrast in concentration to when Steve was playing back in the day. You can tell he plays for fun now.
He doesn’t play at all, apparently.
These two together are such fun to watch! please play some more frames with that banter! And don't forget to record it for us, of course ;)

Love watching these. Snooker is serious and all business but they’re all very witty off the table.
