U r a genius, Bryan. Awesome tutorial. Thank U very much!
This is exactly what I wanted. Thank you
You look just like that fitness UA-camr that got ripped in 5 weeks
😂😂😂
very helpful, thank you so much!!!
This was awesome info. I actually did the same with my photography.
Again, I gotta say - love this channel. Just signed up for the Mood Sound Design trial!
I love it! You earn subscribe bro. Keep it up
So sick love!!! You’re a color grading master! Also, we need to watch Edward Cullen as Batman again asap!
thanks bug! YES PLEASE LET’S WATCH IT SOON!🦇
Thanks Bryan, this is great. I've loved using your HDR Lut for iPhone 14 Cinematic footage. It worked wonderful for Premiere Pro 2022. However, in Premiere 2023, I'm noticing it's not working as well. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, is there a new HDR Lut for 2023 that you might create? I'd be happy to buy it and support your work. Thanks!
I have an Iphone 13 PRO and this is very helpful!Thank you so much,Bryan!
Do more of these please!
stoked to hear that!
all the cinematic feels!🎥
🤍🤍🧸🧸
thanks for your information and your explanation is great ❤👍🇸🇪
So good Bryan!!!!
thanks a million Lori!
A very helpful video … thank you for sharing
aye thanks so much!
You are big inspiration.🧸
aye thanks a ton! that means a lot!🤍🧸
Thanks alot ❤
Thanks, Bryan, this could be helpful. I'm 81, 56 years as a utility photographer for my lifelong association with sports and a raja yoga sangha involving community living, the arts, alternative (improved!) schools, etc. I'm exploring video, for now a clueless know-nothing beginner. For my nonfiction documentary, performance kind of video, I like French TV as a model - I shoot with iPhone 14 Pro and Canon R6, will use iPhone for video since it does most of the work. Just want to ease-off the digital look to ge somewhat more soft, present and human where it doesn't get in the way of the viewer being engaged and immersed. So, not entirely filmic, definitely not cyan/orange, but more like the wonderfully pro cinematography and look of French shows like Lupin (Netflix) and Mismatch or maybe Astrid (Prime). Point being, I bought your light and shadow LUTs and will look to taper off the grading to make things more natural out of the iPhone. BTW, I'm not overly concerned about the issues you raised with the iPhone - the frame skipping and white balance. For mojo (mobile journalism) I just need to get the shots and fix anything outrageous with Lumetri or transitions, etc., can't be too obsessed with perfection as I would if I were doing art/fiction. Not sure how I'll feel, though, when I'm seeing those things in post and I find I'm grinding my teeth and losing hair. Thanks for listening, would love to hear any thoughts you might feel to share.
Very cool, man!
thanks a ton!🫶🏼
loves your videos with iphone and edit in iphone would be great....GREAT VIDEOS!!
I’d love to know what your file management workflow is, do you go via apple photos?
Awesome vid. Could you please name the mic arm please?
Thank you so much for this. I'm an an iphone 13 pro but suffice to say this is a great video ! I just switched my business back into video and am shooting on a z cam, but a lot of my Broll is on iphone
Would you consider doing a tutorial on how to color grade podcast footage for that film look? Like the way you do when you're filming yourself at home and what LUTs you use?
Try to find movie clips that are shot at a conference table or something similar. An example that comes to mind is The Big Short (2015). This film has a bunch of scenes that take place in an office setting. Hope this helps!
Hello Brian, great video. Can I do everything you've just did using the Samsung galaxy S23 ultra... That's if you have any idea with the phone. Thanks mate.
Thank you! Definitely worked on most of my footage. Though when client sends me iphone clips. Their clips come out wonky, green and orange? I checked to see if it was shot on iPhone and she said it was the iphone 13 2k footage. Any idea why ?
Great video! Is it possible to buy LUTS from you that Will work in LumaFusion?
I just checked moodsounds and i like the music!Thank you so much!I think i ll sub to it
love to hear that and stoked you dig the music!
Can I buy your presets if I have a windows laptop?
100k soon hurry
How do you colour grade with different skin tones in one shot?
new technique learned
great
Does this work well with slow motion footage from the iPhone 14 pro ? I’m shooting in 120fps HD
Hi Bryan! I've just started to try learn the basics of color grading, your video was so helpful! I'm having a slight issue though... whenever I'm done and try to watch the footage back it comes out blurry and lower quality. Is there any way to fix this?
Because there should be an intermediate codec involved, like ProRes or Cineform that nobody wants to talk about for some odd reason. I wanted this video just to hear about that, but walked away without knowing if it is used by Bryan. Maybe I missed it.
hey would i be able to this just on a iphone 13?
Do i still need the hdr conversion lut if i filmed iphone 12 pro max footage with standard 4k 30ps camera? Or is it only for cinematic mode? Also i have some luts that work with rec709 footage. Do i need to convert anything? Thank you
Can this be applicable on 11 pro max ? I know it does not have any cinematic mode but wondering if something can be done as close to this. Much thanks and great video.
generally speaking, these steps can definitely be applied to any footage you have, so yes!
Editing apps names tellme please 🙏
Legends saved the video as soon as it loaded
Hi! I’ve been recording some videos in a small and adapted room. I painted the walls and bought some cheap lights. I always use the Cinema Mode with exposure in -1
My iPhone is a 13 Pro 128. However, when I open the video in Premiere, it is overexposed, too much highlights.
Have you any idea for fix that? Thanks. You are the best!
I have the same problem!
You make sure to change format in Most Compatible and Uncheck Pro Res
@@shevaneeytcg1059 Why uncheck ProRes?
This guy seems nice
Waait,so moodsounds design its your company?🥺😲
Can be used just for youtube or also insta ?
yes! it can be used for ANY PROJECT on all forms of social media and beyond!
MAS VIDEOS COMO ESTE !!!😇😇3
Question - I seen a bunch of people are having issues when importing and exporting Iphone 14 pro footage in Adobe Premiere pro. They claim the colors or exposures are off. Most people have issues with the color/exposure being off when importing. However, when I import to Adobe Premiere I don't see any issues with the footage. But, when I export. It looks like complete crap. Very orange and overexposed. How do I fix this?
Convert HDR to REC 709 your iPhone footage is shot in HDR unless turned off but you would lose dynamic range if turned off … you will be editing on a REC 709 timeline therefore need to convert ….Final Cut pro now does this automatically for you so I’m guessing prem pro will be doing the same soon if not already done on update
Hi !
What tool do you use for colorgrading with iphone 13 ?
same workflow!
@@BryanAdamCastillo okay thx
is it possible for me to have the conversion lut in zimbabwe?
i don’t see why not!
Consider using DaVinci :)
1:10 movie ?
color grading in Primiere pro is a pain in the a%$
It’s called letterboxing the aspect ratio, not anamorphic bars.
for a sec, he looked like Pattinson, while searching Pattinson's name...
NOPE
Man, in Davinci and Premiere you have a tool to steal color grading from any video/picture you want...keep it simple
Rly? It doesn't even look alike... The sky has completely different colors.
i mean it’s clearly not going to look EXACTLY the same, but in terms of replicating color grade & feel, i think it’s quite close!
you are wasting so much time why ??
You are fvcking brilliant.
Love u bro thanks for using premiere 🥹
