Yes the beautiful plume of feathers is the male, the plain looking one is the female-peahen, the peacock 🦚 is quite taken with her though because he dons his plumage just for her, & he will dance, as will other peacocks to win her “Favor” so I suppose she is the actual beauty in his eyes. 😊

These seem to both be male peacocks. The females are peahens and are usually muted, with brown and cream colors. Beautiful painting!

Hi Thank you for the sneak peek. The painting is beautiful not only the peacocks but like you said the background is exceptional. I would definitely try for this but I am broke. Maybe on the new year if still there (which I doubt) I could manage it. Cyber Monday and Black Friday killed me. Stay safe an have a great holiday. Peace and love abide with you 💕

The last name is Spanish so the J is like an H. Pronounced True-He-(tongue roll on double L’s)-Oh. Gorgeous artwork though. Love the colors 😍
