It's the spinning-top anime from our childhood and its still as awesome as you remember. For this list we're looking at the bladebreaker's greatest battles as the team of Tyson, Kai, Max and Ray face off against the world's greatest bladers and each other. We'll only be focusing on the original trilogy from the early 2000s including V-Force and G-Revolution. This means there's no time for Beyblade Burst, Evolution, Metal Fusion, or Shogun Steel, since that's another list for another time. Which is your favourite beyblade championship battle? I remember back in the day when I had one. Had so much fun with it. I had one where you could control the speed of it(I think it was speed)(with a trigger), and you could kinda control the direction. It just took alittle to get to your opponent lol

Fortunately that was just a useless dialogue that was added by the dubbers. Kai never said anything like that in the original Japanese version. And he returns.

Exactly... I was going to comment this until I saw ur comment. Kai vs Brooklyn is the best battle in all of the first three seasons. This list consists of good beybattles but i seriously don't think that their team complemetly understands this show to decide top 10. Not a single siant shields battle..like what.. Ozuma kicked the shit out of Tyson in Vforce. Ray vs Crusher was better than Ray vs Kai in G revolution. Season 1s tyson vs tala final battle is one of the bests.

You mean Tyson vs Ray after the championships just before they were preparing to fight Bega. During championships, author used Tyson vs Ray match as plot development for Tyson coz Tyson and daichi loose to Ray and Lee in a tag team battle.

@@qc6057 remaking beyblades isnt going to help. all the older folks have grown up. They will not buy remastered Dragoon or Drigger etc. Only hobbyists will buy those. Instead they need to make a new manga and anime with old characters and combine all three universes(original, metal and burst). That will be frigging insane and they can make an insane amount of money since beyblade is quite popular.

They were OK for Tyson and Max but absolutely killed the Ray and Kai characters. Kai acted so weird for his character in V force. It's like the real Kai went from gen 1 straight to gen 3 and as if V force never existed.
At least after the original series the art was a lot more detailed
I dont like V-Force coz it takes blading seriously as if its some nuclear weapon or something. I like G-Rev a lot coz it talks about rivalry, ego issues in first half and fighting corporate dinosaurs like Bega using good sportmanship in second half. And they don't make Brooklyn a villain either, he is just lost and Tyson helps him. Its a poetic ending since the game ends in a tie with Hero saying some words about sportmanship. G-Rev is quite good in the leagues of Haikyuu, Hajime No Ippo etc(well not really but it comes the closest in entire franchise so far including metal and burst since G-Rev takes beyblade as sport first approach)
I still say V-Force was better than the original series, at least animation. They looked so... ugly in the 1st season..

Kai was awesome and I think the show would have been better if Kai had beaten Tyson in the championships as well. What I never liked was that in team matches it was always Tyson that is champ not the team. I like Tyson though but also Rey as well.

Usually it's just spinning tops hitting each other while being possessed by ancient spirits, but shit went down for REAL when they forgot that it was all about the spinning tops and, for some reason, started beating each other for real. It was always censored by cutting back and only showing just the beyblades hitting each other, but we know what was up.
Which reminds me... How the hell is Tyson Vs Ray (G-Rev) isn't here? You know, the one where they go all out and redecorate a random public park by giving it a meteor crater in the middle of it?

All of these were the battles I would've chosen. I love the Original Beyblade trilogy!! Wish we could've gotten a season 4. Who knows maybe Beyblade Rising will get enough chapters to the point where they'll make a season 4.

The animation may be outdated but when it comes to story, characters, battles and overall feel nothing trumps the original series.
Yes I'll admit V-Force was a bit weak but G-Revolution more than makes up for it.

Jam15 dude, the original beyblade had 5 seasons outside of the anime. They’re Next Generation and the recent Beyblade Rising. Next Generation is like Dragon Ball GT and Rising is like Dragon Ball Super. Also: it doesn’t really matter if the metal saga had 4 seasons over the original trilogy. Like nobody cares.
Even the burst blades in stores feel of weaker quality than the og blades. I dare say they don't hold a candle to the sturdy build of the hms when they were being sold a while back. You could actually do some real damage with those little monsters.

Where's Crusher v Ray? Easily one of G Revolution's best battles.
Or even the four way battle between Ray, Lee, Rick, and Max? There were so many more better battles than all the ones with Tyson on your list. I didn't like the Brooklyn v Tyson battle - it wasnt even a real bey battle at all.
G Rev is a much mature season of all the seasons so far including the entire metal saga. Its almost comparable to a sports anime like haikyuu or knb for instance. And the final arc in g-rev was about a political war against a commercial dinosaur(Boris) who wanted to monopolize the sport our protagonists loved.
That premise sounds more realistic and mature than some dude challenging everyone to get some points so they can battle him(metal fusion lol). In fact this is also the reason why I dont like V-Force that much. I feel that beyblade should be a sport and nothing more. When they make it be more than a sport, it looses that dynamic and starts feeling childish and stupid like a huge part of V-Force or metal saga did.

But Crusher was more resolved and was fighting for a more important cause and hence was able to bring forth more power and also luck to his side. Ray was strong all along, but never had the resolve that Crusher had on that day.
Ray vs Crusher was the most intense battle in the whole season by far, felt like I was watching a dragonball z fight rather than a beyblade battle. Sucks that it's not on this list though because its personally my favorite.

Broke my heart, this one. This is one anime nobody should make any list on without watching the series. Number 1 was spot on, no doubt, but apart from that, there was no doubt in my mind that the matches amongst the original bladebreakers in G-Revolution would all follow. They all fought each other, and it was pretty darn spectacular. And putting anything from V-Force in here was a blasphemy, let alone putting them above anything Broooklyn ever showcased. And what was that thing with the team of siblings nobody even remembers?? Keep in mind that Tyson vs Tala, or any match from Bladebreakers vs The Majestics did not make the cut. When I saw number 10, I was pretty darn excited to see what the heck I had forgotten. Underwhelming.

Small spinning tops causing epic illogical levels of destruction. It what I loved most about the original and metal. It's a shame that burst refuses to touch on the very ideas that made Beyblade an over the top classic.

+Staraptor Flock What are you talking about? The most that battle did was throw around some wind. I'm talking about ripping the opponent's body apart, destroying the stadium ten times over before the battle is even close to being over or heck go full on crazy with the stadium flying through several city blocks and into a river. Yes all three of those have happen before and they were all awesome.
+ Hervy Marquez Funny enough there actually was a scene in metal where one of the characters split a small river. The best part, he wasn't even near the strongest in that season let alone Metal's whole line of sequels.

G-Revolution and the 1st season were freakin great, V-force I could do wothout, but G-Rev was the best series hands down.
D80sman V-force was definitely the worst one out of the three but I still like it way more than any of the newer Beyblade series
@@thelastmugiwara1410 Same. It was weak in comparission to G-Revo and Beybalde, but it's definitely better than the entire of new Beyblade shit they've been doing.
@@Stuporous Just re-watched the 1st season. Tried starting V-force but I forgot and hate how everyone looked 8. I'm kinda reluctant to sit through 51 episodes of S2 and was hoping I could skip to G-Revo. From what I'm seeing people prefer the 1st and 3rd Season anyway. Is V-Force worth it or necessary for G-force?
@@kmartjesus65 It honestly depends on your opinion, like I didn't really like V-Force that much. But I personally would say to watch it. Though the characters look like shit, it's not that bad story line wise. But it still doesn't beat Beyblade and G-Revo. And it isn't necessary for G-Revo. You can just skip V-Force if you want.

Kai defeated Brooklyn on his own, Takao needed the help of the Blade Breakers + Tala.
Kai always attempted important battles like when kai want to battle with tyson & he couldn't than he have to battle with daichi he lose the battle coz don't want to play wast battle. This show that he don't care about winning or losing he just play battle best.
Man I grew up with this show as a kid!
Kai was my childhood hero and still is my hero as an adult.
