I just built myself a kali station using old tires tied to a tree. Also the kids have been wanting to move more. This series would be the best way to make us all move and build discipline !

Got my kali stix today because your channel convinced me to do kali drills. I'm a jo man usually, but kali is too good not to embrace. As we say here in Australia with kali there 'is no bullshit'.
Challenge accepted, Paul! I had already ran through my training for today when this popped up. There was more then enough sunlight left in the day so, me and the lady hopped to it. We did 10 sets of 10 reps on each hand. I have been primarily been using Brazilian ironwood sticks to get more out of the training. They're very heavy~ I'll jump back to rattan once my arms get tired enough and start breaking form. Keep these challenges coming! This really spices things up~
Love this brother, I just purchased a set of sticks and absolutely need this !! I will definitely be following and training with you !! I tried the double stick weave and feel so uncoordinated 😀👊🏼
Hi Paul 😁me again. I find this drill a day a much better workout for me than the 31 day challenge. I followed that one until the "flow" days and then just lost motivation because I find them difficult at my level. I am back to do this drill a day again and gain expertise this time. I'm glad to see that you have some more students trying this out :) As always, thank you!
I've done it on both hands equally. And also did some basic broken en reverse triangle callibration with the combo. You know i'll be here everyday if you decide to do it till ITC. great boost for my left side. I love a challenge 👌
Enjoyed ur Drill A Day 1. Easy to follow the basic strikes n movements. Good even pace. Hope u will provide more vids for beginner drills. Kudos for this vid !
