Sofia, i got a call from Deloitte 5 months ago and despite of rescheduling , I couldn't connect on time due to remote area internet problems and got rejection mail. Can I reapply after six months from that time ? Or am I blacklisted ? :(
I don’t think so you will be blacklisted for not being able to attend an interview. Some companies black list people in such case where they make them wait for 3 months notice period and then don’t join but that are very few. So relax and all the best 👍

@@nidhimaheshwari8963 it was good experience, they go through my resume and asked about my work , especially what work I am doing in my current project , after then she asked question related to myself like where I am based out why I am changing my current organisation all these kind of general question, no technical question was asked
@@shambhavibhavoju9081 they mostly asked about my project, what kind of work I have done , my tech stack I.e. on which technology I have worked, their recruitment process is very slow it’s been more than two weeks but still they have not released offer letter verbally they told me that I am selected and has asked all documents
Depends on the graduation stream, but in general people can prepare for competitive exams like upsc, ssc, bank etc and the other options depends on the stream and the career path they want to go on.

Hi Vishal, it means they cannot decide whether to select you or not, so they are looking for some other candidate, and if they can’t find anyone then probably they will call you. Unfortunately, in these cases mostly it ends up in a rejection. All the best 👍
How long did they take to tell you about the selection post director round? I gave my interview for Deloitte UK consultant/senior consultant- learning technology. My first round was with HR, it was a screening round, then I had an interview with a director- I’m waiting for the results. Any idea on how many days will they take to give out the results? At the end of the interview- director told me that he’ll give the feedback to the HR and they’ll contact me to discuss about the further rounds. Can i think it as a positive feedback?
In my case they were in a little hurry so i got the feedback in 3-4 days Also this is a standard line to say at the end of interview, so it’s neither positive nor negative You can mail to the HR for the feedback

I think for 2 years experience it will not be that hard, but still depends on the interviewer. There could be 1-2 technical rounds. But you can always ask your recruiter about the interview process and no of rounds. All the best 👍
Referal like any other referal is okay from this client. But it cannot be leveraged to get you the job. Also, this conflict needs to be addressed and disclosed if the job is directly for the team that supports this client. Deloitte is a very professional organisation and they do all the due diligence before indulging into anything that can be a problem, like having a conflict of interest or any similar problem that may arise due to such referrals. I work for Deloitte and have 5 year experience.
