- In this wood carving video Mike Stinnett shows how he carved a life sized German Brown Trout from a single piece of Birch Wood. He used a wood burner to create thousands of scales for texture, and then painted the fish using a combination of hand painting and airbrush techniques.

Stinnett is such a superb artist. Bob Ross I think pales in comparison honestly speaking, and we all know how accomplished and professional Bob was... But Stinnett is definitely a master craftsman! How could this man ever get a dislike on a video. He is a complete master at what he does. Between his work. His dog pearl. The peaceful environment. Wow what a artist. His work belongs in museum. He could carve a dinasour out of a piece of wood if u can find one big enough. He should have a school for wood carving
