Man, unfortunately K/DA was more popular then True Damage so this is their only song but it slaps so hard. PLEASE react to the live performance cause it’s so hype and Keke KILLS it!
There was almost two years between K/DA songs. I think there's a decent chance of another True Damage song sometime although maybe they won't get an EP like K/DA.

Just some tidbits:
The young black guy rapping is Ekko. He's a kid genius from Zaun who basically created a device that allows him to move in and out of time. He's not necessarily teleporting, but trust me. It's super fun in game. The skin that this song is based on has even MORE fresh lyrics that are read by the guy who did the raps as well! His ultimate is basically rewinding himself in time to his last location, and that's why you see him completely rewind the scenes to when Keke drops the chorus again. Really nice touch.
Keke Palmer is singing for Senna which is the champion that debuted with the True Damage skin line. Very fun when you get used to her and she's an awesome lore focused addition to the League of Legends roster.
Unfortunately, people weren't as hyped for the urban scene as they were for Pentakill and K/DA, so this has only been a one time thing for True Damage. It's super disappointing. We haven't heard about any new True Damage songs recently probably because they've focused a lot of resources in making a mini LP for K/DA as well as music videos for said album.
Becky G, Duckwrth, Keke Palmer, Soyeon, and Thutmose. Each member of the band has a skin corresponding to their True Damage alter-ego, which is styled after modern pop music. Members.
K/da pop stars does have too, they performed in opening ceremony of world 2017
The live performance is from the 2019 world championships. It is a must must must react. Shit is crazy.

I know you've liked K/DA, but the woman that's rapping in Korean in here is also in K/DA (Akali) So True Damage is somewhat tied to or related to K/DA in a way.
After POP/STARS, Akali left KDA to make other music, it's when she created True Damage, but I guess she didnt feel it, so she went back to K/DA

So this is kinda old but ekko is the kid who raps. In game he has the ability to stop and rewind time so that is why the beat changes in the middle and once his section is over, it resets back to the hook

In this Year It's About KDA again because they have a new hero which is Seraphine that needs attention for everyone that's why she collaborate with KDA because she is a huge Fan and the Worlds Championship is held in Shanghai (China) that's why she is a Chinese singer. KDA Debuted in Nov 3 2018 because the Worlds Championship 2018 is held at South Korea and The Riot Didn't Expect that KDA will hit that Hard following that Group is about True Damage Which is Produced by Nov? I guess because the worlds championship 2019 is held in Paris that's why they need a new set of group for everyone to explore more singers, Group and new skins in the game but I guess TRUE DAMAGE will have their Era next year or not because it's been out sold by KDA but Still hope TRUE DAMGE will have A comeback :*

And you are indeed right about the Spiderman vibes, specifically Into the Spider-verse. Thutmose and DUCKWRTH are part of Into The Spider-Verse music.
A brief breakdown of the champions:
Ekko (rapper with dreads) - by ThutMose and DUCKWRTH - inventor/genius in game. Some of his lyrics are connected to his ability, which is to control time for a few seconds. He has the in-game title of The Boy Who Shattered Time, thus his line "I keep on shattering time...", and his ultimate ability is to rewind time which is cool for the reversed beat part. [check more of him in Ekko: Seconds, CLIMB, League of Runeterra: True Genius, and I believe they will make a game starring Ekko as main character called CONVIRGENCE]
Qiyana (sparkly pre-chorus lady) - by Becky G (featured in Chicken Noodle Soup) - Queen of the forest and has the ability to control elements. The "ring" by her side is actually her weapon, and if you noticed on the 2nd pre-chorus, you can see Louis Vuitton on her earrings and weapon. It is her prestige skin collab with LV since they did the championship in Paris. Speaking of LV, the trophy case which you will see on the LIVE, is custom-made by LV for the specific purpose. They are still in collab with the new K/DA for their "virtual photoshoot" in China.
Senna (chorus) - by Keke Palmer - Her line "...wide awake now, our eyes are wide open..." is somehow connected to her lore. She was trapped in a lantern/prison until she was released by her husband, and in the trailer they showed her eyes to indicate waking up again after her imprisonment. I am not sure if the thing she's standing on is her weapon in game. [watch the trilogy CLIMB(last part) > Dark Passage > Senna: Shadow's Embrace]
Yasuo (DJ) - he doesn't have a voice actor here. He can control wind thus he placed his DJ booth literally near a giant wind turbine. He also used his sword, slashed the wind, and reversed the rotation of the turbine. [Some players find him toxic in game, but he's kinda favored by Riot. Yas have a lot of cinematics like CLIMB, AWAKEN, 2 part PATH:IONIAN MYTH > Kin of the Stained Blade, You Really Got Me - WildRift trailer, RUINED KING trailer]
Akali (rapper gal) - by SOYEON of (G)I-DLE - she is Korean and part of the KPOP group. You already met her on K/DA.[Other videos with her are of course K/DA, LoR: The Lesson, AWAKEN].

Don't watch ONLY the live Giants, watch all three live music performances from the 2019 League of Legends World Championship Opening Ceremony. All three music parts are only ~10 minutes and they spent 10 months preparing them.
watch the live performance, you will NOT regret it. i personally think it's one of there BEST performances they've done. and not just the Giants performance, the whole thing (at least till they start the championship)

If you're gonna watch the live performance, make sure you watch the whole Opening Ceremony. they are spectacular. Matter of fact, Worlds Finals Ceremony 2017-2019 are all very good.

Unfortunately, True Damage doesn't have any other tracks yet, but I recommend Take Over, RISE, Awaken, and Warriors all from League of Legends channel. Killer cinematics every time, with banger tracks!

They did True Damage sooo dirty compared to K/DA. Considering it has 3 poc champions in it and didnt get the merch and hype and promotion that K/DA did (and does) is a bummer. I really hope they bring it back again and put more effort into promotion.
