Arcane is pretty damn amazing, highly recommend watching it regardless of react videos (though honestly, reacting to the series would probably net a ton of views). If you don’t binge it all at once, I’d recommend watching in the 3-act structure they were released (ep 1-3, ep 4-6, ep 7-9).
From what I got from the music video the girl with the blue hair is jinx and the red hair girl is vi and vi was jinx mentor of some sort and it seems like they live in a lower class in a world ruled by higher class people and jinx was taught that the cops were the bad people but realized that even her own friends and mentor were her enemies. So the music videos shows jinx descend into madness and become mentally unstable. (Edit) If I’m wrong someone please correct me but this is what I personally got from the music video
