the characters are ekko,yasuo,qiyana,senna
-Ekko(your fave). Ekko in the video uses his "e" which makes him move into another position. Like u can imagine that he comes and u get a blue circle around you which will make him deal more damage with an auto-attack than without it.
-Qiyanna(the one on the ring). This champion doesn't have many skins but she is really hard to learn. Usually people say she has no skull but that's not true. Qiyanna is extremely op especially when she uses her "r" (ult) in front of lots of people. She can also drop her ring far away to finish the enemy champion.
-Senna(the interesting design one). Senna is really hard to play and that's what makes her different from other champions. She can make u stand still for 3.5 seconds. She can deal a lot of damage with other abilities. And y is she hiding in a shadow? Because her "e" is to make her and her teammates invisible and faster or even untouchable in the circle.
-Akali(the one speaking Japanese). Akali can do lots of things like for example she can create a cloud of smoke which will make her invisible in it and drop her "q" (knives) lots of times and deal massive amounts of damage (she's an assassin btw and uses energy, not mana).
-Yasuo(the DJ). Lots of people play Yasuo he's one of the most popular Champs in league of legends. He can make a wind wall so u won't be able to touch him except ur not behind it. Yasuo can also drop a wind which will deal lots of damage and get u airborne(u will be floating for 1.2 seconds) and his "e" is to move faster simular to Ekko's. His ultimate is to hit lots of times but he can't use it except if u get airborne.
And gg EZ means -- easy win.
Also the skin interactions make Ekko say: "I will end your whole career". And the other skins are like: "OHHHHHHHHHH". This is my fave skin interaction.

It turns out the entire environment is actually all 3D while the characters 2D, hand drawn. It gives a different vibrant feel to it. If you pause on a character and compare the background to the person, you can see the difference, and it'll give you ever more appreciation for this music video.
About the Eiffel-Tower: The song was released at LoL World Finals which took place in Paris, so that's why the tower is in there :). And the girl u didn't understand (Soyeon aka Akali) spoke korean. She is a singer/rapper from a k-pop girlgroup called (g)-idle.

GG is gamer slang for "good game," it's the kind of thing you say to your opponent when the game is over. GG EZ is "GG Easy", which makes it disrespectful - telling your opponent that it was an easy game for you, like they weren't good enough for you.

For League's videos, the characters exist, the real works artists do not. The play the part of their character, not themselves.

You should check out Riot's other videos for League, but do yourself a favor and do NOT watch the live performance until you have seen Awaken and Phoenix. Then watch the opening ceremony because they ran the three performances back to back, and watching just one song of it takes out a lot of the context of the transition between songs.

Im an artist working to becoming an animator and one thing I've noticed that happens to often is people dont understand or really stop to appreciate how much hard work and how much time goes into not only a video like this but just one shot like the view of the city. A lot of people thank and shout out the animators which means a lot but to actually see you go back and pause on the view of the city and take appreciation to it👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I think the reason for the "teleporting" as you put it is because ekko (the character at the beginning of the video) is a time traveller in the lore and the reason everyone starts "teleporting" at the end of the video is because he's gathering all of them up and bringing them to one place for that last part
