Thx for the insight. My son is there right now, grad BCT, is in AIT right now then 3 weeks of Airborne I think. Your vid gave me a little peace of mind knowing what he is going through. Thank you. 🇺🇸
Thanks brother for bringing back great memories for me today. I was there 3/01 - 5/01. Delta Company 3/47. I'll never forget my experience at Sand Hill. I absolutely loved it. For me it was motivating just to see how far I could push my body in mind. Take care my friend. God bless. 🇺🇸🇮🇪
I remember standing in formation underneath that clock tower in the Atlanta airport and seeing the drill sergeant for the first time, I must say, I just about shit my pants.
your probably already done by now and thinking damn that went by fast lol if not it will go by fast and you and your family will be moving somewhere new and itll be exciting. youll be happy you did it
So I live right next to Ft. Sill I'm wondering if I would most likely be sent there for basic. I'm 17 planning to join. All of my brothers joined the Army or Marines, so for me joining is a family thing.
Caleb Allmon, well really all depends on the job you end up choosing, I was in basic with people who lived in Oklahoma as well and ppl who lived in South Carolina by ft Jackson, so depending on when your job training starts and which basic has the space available with that time will determine that. Congrats on the decision, stay determined and you’ll do well in the military. P.s army’s the better choice lol
Stella King for the first couple weeks we didn’t get any but when the finally started allowing them it became a once a week thing. I believe our mail day was Wednesday
Sandhill 1984 Bravo Blackhawk, loved it and still miss it to this day!
