The area of stabilizer depends on the wing area. Vertical stabilizer area should be 1.8-2.0sqdm. After downloading your favorite plan of the tails(like Snipe or Flitz)from the website, you can use them by blowing up to the actual size. Possible issues: mylar is not thin enough (0.35mm mylar) or mylar was not position correctly (acros leading edge). What do you think? Other than that tails are perfect. One has 5.8g and anoter 6.1g.

As for the 0.25mm Mylar, no need to scrape the leading edge, I think. But if you can get mirror finish PP sheet at an office shop, I recommend PP sheet. The surface of PP is better than Mylar, so you can get better finish by using mirror finish PP sheet.
I successfully made the tails using PP sheet (office shop)...it was for sure a problem with too hard mylar. Now the question what to use to make the wings?

It’s two-part curing type epoxy resin. You don’t need to add catalyst, but it cures faster when heated, for example by a electric blanket.

Thank you for your reply. I will try with Polypropilen foil (A4 maps) as I can get them in office shop. Is 0.25mm Mylar (PE) harder then PP(0.75mm)?

It's better to use PP sheet to make the wing. But it is hard to get a large size PP. So I think you have to use Mylar.
