Extremely tidy building. This is really great craftmanship.

Everything was going along great, thinking to myself, I can do this as well... Until he broke out the ultrasonic cutter, priced at 400.00 plus here in the states.. Umm, little too rich for my budget, lol..
That's an awesome build and great work. Thank you for sharing.

This is so informative! Thank you. What actually happens to the spray adhesive in between the layers? Does the epoxy dissolve it? Does the spray adhesive affect the lamination strength very much?

Spray adhesive dissolves in epoxy resin, so it does not affect strength.Spray glue prevents the laminated layers from fraying, making the work easier.

@@kousakunin2008 Thanks. I will try using it. I already have some 3M No.77 but perhaps I will buy the same (no.55) as you use. My project is a little different to yours. I am building a velomobile out of carbon fibre and I am hand-laminating the carbon and Innegra layers. I am laying-up mostly 200gsm twill carbon 2.7 metres long and 1 metre wide. I have a couple of F3K gliders, a Blaster 3.5 and a Vortex 3 and to me, they look beautifully made. Seeing your work makes me want to try scratch-built F3K too.
