Goldfields and Wheatbelt: Kalgoorlie-Boulder Superpit, Hyden Wave Rock, and Porongurup (Episode 25)

In this week's episode we head inland to visit the towns of Kalgoorlie-Boulder and Hyden. Both of these towns have some really interesting attractions in and around them, so they are places that we think are well worth making the diversion from the coast to see.
We visit the impressive Kalgoorlie Superpit Goldmine and get to take a tour into the pit. We go to multiple gold mining museums and learn some of the history of this fascinating area, including the incredible story of how they managed to get water into this very dry part of the world.
We then travel to Hyden to see the famous Wave Rock and some of the other super cool attractions that this area has to offer such as the salt pools, The Humps and Mulka's cave.
We then start to make our way back to the coast where we stop in to take on the challenge of climbing the Granite Sky Walk at Porongurup National Park.
