    @MsSonnyMax Always avoid pain, feeling weird could be ok, do it gently and see how you feel after. Your body will tell you.. Impossible for me to tell you without seeing you. Asking a doctor or a life yoga therapist is a good idea too. Hope that helps .

    i find that drinking helps loosen me up. which brand of fine spirit would you recommend to maximize my flexibility?

    Hi, ester, i have a problem of uneven sitting bones, perhaps even sacroilliac joint dysfuction. So poses like these when done, feel soo weird. My question is should i continue with these poses or not?

    Hi; ester. Is it the same if i flex the other leg (the one ythat is on the floor) and put my foot on the ground instead of extend the leg? The results are the same?

      Hi Daniel yes that's fine too. It's a lot more comfortable for some people that way so a good alternative to straight leg
