The "pah dah gah" exercise really helped me with articulation. As silly as it sounds, it's very effective.

Can you please help me whenever i try to speak my voice gets stock initially and also while speaking in the middle of the conversation.

      How so?

This is exactly what is happening with me. There is tightness in the throat area. To me it is when I am nervous, I just can't let out the "ideal" voice that I can do when I speak alone. I switch from speaking from the diaphragm to the throat. Worse, even when I am alone sometimes I "forget" how to speak in a relax manner from the diaphragm. My throat is just tight, I can't articulate my voice well, and I pronounce English words with my native dialect's accent and it's just too thick and it makes me conscious and make me even more nervous and tightens my voice more. I watch a lot of your videos, and do the exercises you shared on a daily basis. "Bah Dah Guh, Pah Duh Guh. Lip and Tongue trills Yawm, Tongue twister" and more. It helped me a LOT. But the problem really is I want to have that switch where I can just remove that tightness when I am nervous and just let out my voice which I know I can do.

I think Darren was being perfectly silly for the occasion, example: 5:54 when he sticks out his tongue he makes a completely unnecessary funny noise. Clearly he is being relaxed with his delivery with this video.
Darren don’t listen to the naysayers, keep on keepin on, I like your style. ✌️
