I'm not used to seeing circles in Minecraft but still, you somehow made it fit really well which makes this even more impressive 👏

Just a small suggestion, maybe add in small indents or built up dirt around your log posts. That way they look more built into the world. Looking great so far though!
Once you complete all the main houses, I think it would be cool to redo the path, especially around the fountain. Other than that love the build, hope to see more soon.
This is a very interesting challenge you’ve given yourself. For someone who usually works on the macro scale it can be very difficult to flip perspectives and work on the micro. I’m eagerly looking forward to what you’ll do, and if these first transformations are any indication, the final piece will be glorious.

he isnt using chisel and bits, he's using little tiles which are "easier" to use
There is a mod for 1.12.2 that ports the 1.13 waterlogging feature, the mod's name is: "Fluidlogged API". I don't actually know if it's compatible with modded blocks, especially little tiles, but if it is, you could put those round pillars even underwater with it.

The torces under there don't seem too realistic to me (10:50). I know it's Minecraft and whatever but I still feel like you should have moved them a little bit lower, at least they wouldn't touch the wood above them

If this ends up a series at the end of it maybe after (not immediately) could you make a world where you can choose farmer,fighter,explorer,miner, builder, and gatherer with each having there unique perks isolated to the class and a unique world suited for each class and extras as well as good world geography and custom items and armor oh and don’t for get nations and ideals as well as every and I mean every biome after 1.20 with custom houses with that( i really want old Japanese styled place) but if you don’t want to that’s understandable it is and sound like a lot of work

With the effort you put into all of your build and the themeing behind them, you could make some really cool servers like an medieval mmorpg.
Are you sure 1 bit is 32 times smaller? You need 4096 bits to make 1 entire block. If you scale 1 bit 16 times in one dimension you get a line, then 16 times in the second dimension, that is plane 16x16x1 bits, so then 16 more times in the third dimension to make full one 16x16x16 bits, and that is 4096 times smaller. And 12:56, I am almost sure that is not a Temple, but Church.
A whole Kingdom with insane detail would look awesome.

Only thing I dont like is the use of square logs and beams on the armoury after you used round ones in the other 2 buildings.
Thank you! For the Armourer I went with traditional timber beams rather than logs, hence the square shape! :)

I still want a couple more updates to your Ultimate Survival World since I think the lore of this and other mods connect to alternate worlds from some of the main Minecraft seeds
The only things that kept bothering me with the detailed armoury was the lack of detail in the bricks with maybe carving out the grouting and using textures like diorite, bone blocks and quartz to give it a bit of definition and then changing a few bricks using materials like granite instead, also using a darker wood material on parts of the oak stairs just above where the torch would maybe slightly burn it as it is directly above those torches. Other than that, it was astounding. Great work.

I have an idea for your USW. You should add bounty hunters that chase you around the island trying to catch you.
i dont know if this will work, but to make the torches appear lit you could place a light block right in front of it. Light blocks arent accessible in survival and function as if they were air, as well as giving off the same light value as lava (15). this could make your torches appear lit, especially if youre using a shader and have glass as the lit part of the torch, while also not being able to be interacted with by the player.
