Dear sir, may i ask what if the situation in restricted visibility, without any radar target is detected, If own vessel hear a fog signal of the other vessel coming from my stern and getting closer, what is the action should i take? (in the rule , it only stated when hearing the fog signal from others forward of the beam, but did not mention at the stern or at the quarter of own vessel. and the experience that direction of fog signal cannot be rely upon)
