    Soft surface pe training karo ,Shoes proper rakho and road running Ko avoid karo. And take proper diet it's a begginer pain sabko ata hai ....All the best

    Sr mai up Police ko tayari kr rhi hu mujhe runnig m gide krne wala koi nhi hai to runnig m apki btayi huwi exosize kr ti hu mai apki cadmy join krna chati thi lekin kuch problem h jis wajah se m nhi a pai lekin apki video se mujhe bahot madad mili hai lekin sr meri runnig ki timing thik nhi ho pa rhi hai☺☺m roz koshis krti hu ki aj kam time m zyada runnig kro but phele se to m kafi runnig kr leti hu starting m to mujhe bahot problem huwi fir apki video follow ki jisse muje kafi madad mili so bahot bahot shukriya sr apka jai hind

    Sir I have also suffered from shin split pain. Sir ye kewal theek HOTA hai by rest.... Aap jitna shin me pain karoge utna dard Hoga. Kewal 10 to15 days rest dekar. Theek hoga

    mera wajan 74.300 kg h ( hight 6 fit)
    mujhe sin pain bahut bahut jyada hota h
    main slow slow 7km doud leta hu
    par main speed nhi doud pata hu
    mujhe kuchh upay bataye plz

    Sir , please tell that when i should do these exercises ... I am a beginner runner and my shin gets jammed . Please suggest the best time to do this exercise as i do my runing in the evening time .. should i do it after my runing complete ? Or before runing?

    This Excersize when I'll do??? Before run or After run???
    ***my leg shin pain start after 600 miter (approx) run. I'll take calcium medicine (60k power & 500 power ). Now, when I'll run my shin pain is start after 5min very slow running. Now what I'll do???

      दौड़ने के लिए अच्छे जूतें पहन कर दौड़ें।
      गद्दीदार सोल वाले जूतें पहनें।
      इससे एड़ी और पंजों पर ज्यादा जोर नहीं पड़ेगा।
