    Hi Dr. Am a beginner runner on road surface. I tried increasing my mileage nd got ths bad shin splints, pain on right leg, plus I also have runners knee (ITB) in my left leg and plantar fasciitis on right foot. Currently am doing streching and icing and compression.
    Really good helpful content. Appreciate it, thanks keep up the good work✌🏽🙂

      Bhai running krna chor diye ho ya pain me krte ho running Mera army ki running hai 15 nov ko bs 25 day baki hai kuch batwo help me bro 😢 mera dard krta hai jab running krte hai toh dard nhi krta hai jab kr lete hai toh dard start ho jata hai

    Hello Sir Hamne January me running ki thi ekdam se uske bad se left pair me bahut jyada dard hone lga dwa leke khaya but fayda nhi hua ....uske bad edi ke upar halki si swelling aa gyi thi x ray karaya kux ni nikla ab swelling half pair tak ho gyi hai khal tight ho gyi hai....aur uske bad july me pindli bhari bhari lag rhi thi ab pindali me bhi swelling aa gyi hai....... Sir plz help me upp ka medical hona hai January me Sir kya kre jisse swelling chali jaye......plz help me

    I am having shin splints from a long time ...i played football all of a sudden...for 3 months and then i went to the doctor and took medicines i think he gave me pain killers ...but after resting for about 5-6 months i started running again and i am still having shear pain ...and it occurs in both legs at the same point. Also i can feel a hole in the muscles near the bone...so am i having a fracture??? And i feel the pain when i tap on my feet muscles...so what do i need to do in this case??

    I won't say i am a beginner in running. I used to play football on the daily basis but few months back this pain started and i stopped running at all and the pain decreased but still when i sit on legs or give stress on legs it starts painibg and on relasing stress it gets back to normal. Does that mean my bone is fractured?
