that 5 months hit so hard, noice. Also, you always had a very handsome voice if you ask me, this girl over here found you super manly to begin with, do the math ❤
Hey! transitioning is different for everyone, and just because my voice dropped at 4 months, doesn't mean that that is the case for everyone! Your voice will drop, don't worry!
Im 17 FTM and This made me so happy to see because im looking forward to when i get on T :DD but im at the beginning stage of going on T wT, i just had a talk with a child psychiatrist and stuff~ BUT SHE TOLD ME THAT THE WAITING LIST WOULD PROBABLY BE 2 YEARS... :(( I kinda cried when i finished the appointment because 2 years is too long to wait... i dont want to keep getting misgendered :// I feel like i cant start my life until i go on testosteron :< CAUSE I WANNA BE A UA-camR AND VTUBER >:CC AAAAAA and i dont want to sound or look like a girl hmphhh
ooof I feel that one, cringing so hard at my earliest videos because of my voice... but don't worry, you will get there! The wait is horrible but at some point it really does get better!
Wow! Why was there such a sudden drop after 4 months? Is it common for there to be a sudden drop like that rather than a slower paced change? Im a trans guy too and Pre-T !
It's different for everyone! I started at a very low dose of testosterone (0.2 ml) and got it steadily raised every 3 months! But honestly when your voice drops depends on things like genetics, how low your voice was pre-T, how you speak etc!
@@geode6 yeah of course! It helped with my dysphoria, the thing you feel when you're transgender. So I don't feel as bad and disconnected from my body as I did before. I feel like I can finally be me, and when I look in the mirror I see what should have always been there!
@@JoeyJame because I'm a man and have always seen myself that way, and now other people see me as a guy too, and when I look in the mirror I recognize myself and I don't feel disconnect like I did before!
@mirmir0003 haha that's okay, typos happen 😅 Honestly I think how much your voice drops depends mostly on genetics, however, the younger you start, the more likely it is you haven't been taught to speak "like a woman" yet. I know some trans men who started later and have problems with getting their voice lower because they're used to raising their tone when they speak. But at the end of the day I do think transitioning earlier can impact how you look and sound, especially if you go on puberty blockers before. The less feminine your body is, the easier to get it too look masculine! Hope this answers your question 😊
I'm sorry, I have never heard of ferormone, only of pheromones, which is something completely unrelated 😅. I use testosterone because I'm a trans man. Could you explain what the other thing is?
@@TheQueerVikingBro ferormone is the oposite of testosterone, testosterone doesnt give you balls or penis not even the doctor can , why you dont try to be a good woman ,you will never be man , life is short
@petrosnikopulos7098 bro learn basic biology, the opposite of testosterone, if we're calling it that, is estrogen. Not "ferormone". And it's not entirely true that testosterone doesn't give you a penis. There has been research suggesting that the cells of the clitoris turn into prostate cells. And the thing grows. But of course it's not going to completely change your genitals, that's not why people take it 🤣
@petrosnikopulos7098 and yes, in fact a doctor can give you balls and a penis, it's called bottom surgery. I am not a woman, both biologically and legaly. I never was and never will be. Go cry about it.
Curious how old you are? Trying to gather a general age timeline for people who legitimately wish to transition to help understand the why. Would be genuinely curious to know your age
@QueerPagan do you feel as though there is any chance for regret about a decision made down the line once your through the portion of your life that your natural hormones aren't still going through major changes on their own? What makes you feel like this is the correct thing to do? Again not trying to come from a hateful space to be clear just trying to understand the why and how it's important to people.
@@bouldering122 sure, of course everyone's experience is different, but globally the rate of regret/detransitioning is about 1% of all transgender people, so it's really not that big of a portion as some people might think. I've known I was trans from a very young age, and I've noticed that the gender affirming things (coming out, changing my name, starting hormones, getting surgery) have made me feel wayyy more comfortable in my own skin and I'm able to enjoy life without hating myself! So based on that I really don't think I will regret this decision. I have given informed consent, I was guided by multiple professionals for years before I got to this point. As far as my "natural" hormones, I still got my ovaries, so would I ever be forced to stop taking testosterone that would not be a problem. But what I will and won't do with my reproductive organs is not for the internet to know :)
Heimdall gave you life to fulfill your purpose as a woman. Not to destroy your body with chemicals. I really hope you don't take the "viking" part in your name seriously.
