I was having an issue to delete the primary user due to them having a pin.. Seems like we can call Lexus / someone in the tech department and they can reset it as well !
I got the NX 350 at the beginning of March. My car does not always recognize my profile, plus it called me Veronica the other day (which is not my name) so there must be a guest profile in there. Will stop by the dealership this week.

Did you get that problem sorted, Roxie? My lexus is telling me that it "Cannot sync profile" .
Does it also delete any radio stations you saved and directions etc?
Can you go over android auto? Is it full screen on the 9.8? Does it still run even when you switch to a different screen?
It should work the same for Android auto. The 9.8" screen is the non navigation
