Adam, the truth is you can be not very nice to your crew sometimes, you talk to them in a condescending manner when things don't click as fast as you want, it is uncomfortable when you do that. If you don't like how they did something, please talk to them about it after the show. I love your podcast and your insights, but it is time you grow up.
