You are VERY intelligent. I'm nearly 50 and still think the way you do. I'm in my own bubble, I don't feel comfortable around people. I love being alone and not speaking. I love your videos. I connect with you.
@Defiled Anamoly, I hope things are going better for you now, if that's not wishful thinking. I'm only 19 and I contemplate life everyday. I'm not very social and I feel extremely uncomfortable being around people who I don't care about, which most jobs here are like that. I did vocational school for 3 years after highschool, but I can't find a job in my own profession due to lacking that "minimum requirement of 1 year of job experience" and jobs that offer that experience without requirements don't pay anything, which means I cannot sustain myself by slaving for free during that entire year, so I could get a real paying job in my own profession. I really wish euthanasia was legal here, because I can't go on living like this and at the same time, I don't have the balls to kill myself, so I try to run away from reality by watching anime, reading manga and playing fantasy video games.
I'd recommend looking for a good therapist. Not just A therapist, a GOOD one. To find what you are running from. Something you do have is the ability to be real and honest with yourself and towards others. Your videos are very relatable, wish you all the best.
I know how you feel, and I happen to be really talented at finding jobs where I don't have to do anything. Maybe you can look into something like this. 1. I worked at a NEW cell phone service shop. It being new is important because when customers don't know about a store, they won't come. We barely got any customers so I just sat in the back and read books all day, played whatever music I wanted on the speakers, and had a jolly ol' time. 2. Some sort of office where you get a set of tasks that you need to complete for the day without strict monitoring of what you're doing. That's my current job. Basically they just tell me to run certain errands, like drop off this check to a bank, and I take a 2 hour paid walk through the city. It's nice. I've never really had a job where I had to do anything. I don't believe in work, but I still need money. So I find these jobs. lmao
Your videos are amazing it feels like a movie.Your voice and face combined trying to work out how to find a good future for yourself it feels dark, mysterious and ambient your videos have a feel of loneliness and your channel title is elegantly synonymous with the feel of your videos
Achievement is entirely subjective. There is no difference between a doc or someone who works at a till, it's just down to societal value. It doesn't matter what age you are and where you work, for some it's hard to even leave the house so you should be proud that you work at a gas station! I hope that one day you can be content with the work you are doing, unfortunately in this world we need money, let's find the most endurable way to obtain it.
*HUGS* Dan I'm so sorry man. I'm in the same boat. Regarding the lacking of qualifications, people skills, motivation. Exact same situation/predaciment. You are just like me when it comes to dealing with customers and just questioning what the fuck am I doing in life? But let me tell you something, I am so fucking proud of you. On what you have accomplished in the past year. Like you literally went from being in ur room all day to suddenly dealing with customers throwing yourself in the deep end tackling your anxiety each day.... it may seem nothing to others but to us anxious introverts that's amazing. I know you're probably rolling your eyes reading this thinking i'm some patronising piece of shit. But it's fine, even if you don't see it yourself. *I DO* I feel that going down the creative path will be more spiritually rewarding for you. May I give a few pointers (if you've already done these then dw just putting it out there. 1) I think you don't finish your comics because you might possibly be pushing yourself *too hard in a short time span* which potentially leads to you *burn out* hence why you then naturally lose motivation. 2) Maybe the story/comic you're writing about doesn't necessarily resonate to you on a personal level, or perhaps doesn''t stimulate your brain enough to give you the motivation to finish them. e.g. If you wrote a comic story of a past experience that affected you. I feel that you would be more emotionally invested into finishing it. Because you want to *express your feelings* as opposed to a fictional character's feelings. I hope that makes sense. You have a lot of emotions and stories you want to share.. that's what creative artists do. Honestly FUCK THAT CO WORKER. was it Neppaul? It was wasn't it. I wish I could go in that shop and kn*ck him out. I swear that idiot is too much. Totally uncalled for to swear at you. Over something petty as the drinks. I've been sworn at many times. Get a punch bag lol. Actually you could always talk to him that way. but then i guess you would be stooping to his level. But it aggrevates me.. I don't like the way he treats you. Don't blame yourself. It's not your fault. he's a petulant miscreant when something doesn't match his unrealistically high standards. Honestly just let in go in one ear and out the other. (easier said then done i kno) Can you bring headphones into work? You are worth more then that. I'm really sorry you are feeling this way. It hurts me knowing that you feel despondent just like I do. I am here for you. I wish you nothing but happiness in the world. You have my support.
+Jessica Tole yeah some people dont understand how difficult it was for me applying for a job and going for the interview and standing behind the till for the first time. Yeah it was the Nepal guy. I cant stand him, the way he talks, his posture, the way he walks. I suppose people would consider him to be an alpha male, and i find everything about him repulsive. Im just kicking myself because i didnt say something back like if you dont like the way i do the drinks then do it yourself or leave it and let me take the blame. Thats what im going to say next time. Things are just so awkward now. Now i have to avoid him as much as possible. A coworker is suppose to be like your ally, a teammate but it just feels like hes a taskmaster, an enemy. I prefer dealing with the customers than with him. I wondered if i should conplain to management but there wouldnt be anything they could do. And to be honest i would get the blame for being lazy and making mistakes. I just dont care anymore i actually wish they would fire me im so fed up with this job right now. Seriously thinking of leaving around june or july. This is why i would hate working in a kitchen with someone like gordon Ramsey. Some people are just so dedicated and serious about their work and if you dont meet their standards they start nagging you. Doing this job reminds me why i was hiding in my room. I get no joy from interacting with these people. I think the problem with comics is i enjoy drawing but i dont enjoy coming up with storylines and characters im really bad at that.
well don't beat yourself up for coworkers that have NO PEOPLE SKILLS....that is why he is working nights, because he lacks the people skills for dealing with normal people on day shift and customers....and you can bet your sweet ass that management is all too happy to leave him there on nights with no chance of getting to day shift.....seen these types way to many times along my career....just because they choose to be mean spirited does not mean you have to become like their ugly stupid ass Daniel....so please don't stop being the sweet you that your manager knows and respects....and well, your manager is your true ally, who already knows what this coworker is like.....don't believe me? Ask your manager how many people came and went thru night shift....just a random question....no need to express anything more....as you wait for the reply.....then you will know truly who is who and where you stand....and maybe tell your manager.....you want off the night shift....please.
i know this was almost a year ago, but about the comics thing, maybe try looking for a writer? you draw, they make the story. also, i just want to say that both this video and these comments are so relatable for me. i feel like i finally found people who see things the way i do
Recently found out about your channel and I really love your videos! They are so honest and give so many people who have the same issues but don't have an outlet a voice. I myself have gone through some of these problems as well but I finally knew what I wanted to do with my life and put all my effort in it and so far it's going great (I'll be graduating in a month and go job hunting in Asia). I still have some issues left like a lack of self esteem as I always care too much what other people think about me and act so that they will like me as a person. After a speaking presentation that went horrible during high school I still can't speak in front of a group without my voice shaking and me completely spacing out but I'm trying to take everything one step at a time, I'm already succeeding in those things which many of my friends back then and even teachers thought were a league above me. I'd love to stick around more for your future videos, they are very comforting for me in a way :P
thank you for being honest. It's refreshing to listen to someone who isn't making a living by demonstrating how amazing they are in comparison to everyone else
I'm an introvert who used to work in retail. I know exactly where you are coming from. Customers are rude and self entitled and retail employees get little respect from their employers.
+hiding in my room Hey Daniel I have been watching your videos and i see how you are going through loneliness and frustration and you are always having this pessimistic view of the world, well I have personally been going through this as much as your are so here is my advice to you why don't you try to research on spirituality but i suggest you to go and learn about christianity and to try to pray to GOD and to tell him your problems and you will see how your life will turn around and how GOD can open doors for you I gurantee you try it , because I have been jn your place but GOD opened doors for me just try praying.
I can relate to your experiences. If you stay dependent on your folks you will not grow survival skills of your own. Maybe make a goal for yourself and do whatever it takes to attain it. This always requires money so just focus on doing the best you can at making money. Plan for your retirement now while you are young. Try your best to have fun. If it is hooking up with Japanese girls for sex, great that you were able to figuer that one out.
i never thought i’d understand this man, but this is exactly how i feel minus the sex, at work or home doing something wrong doesn’t bother me because it doesn’t seem to matter to me, at least i do find interest in culture, but that’s useless, i’m always half doing everything in my life and then just finding no reason to continue, i also have a problem with authority, i work so much better alone and i learn so much more alone but none of that is useful because no one wants to pay someone to do that do they, i dropped out of university this year to do art but i always almost finish a painting and then i don’t like it and i start to feel like making art is pointless so i stop, and that’s meant to be my passion, all i do is read
I'm having the same problems in my life, you might wanna get checked for adhd or depression, for me it's whats really influencing my behaviour since its uncontrolled
I told you to get some headshots done. You're motivated by sex? Put that good bone structure to work and the chicks will come running. Know of a girl in your area who does makeup and hair? Let her give you a makeover...Asian pop star look. Build up your channel and become a YT star. You're a good storyteller. Maybe this is what you're meant to do. Keep tapping into your creative side. I gave you a full list of things. I know I sounded like a crazy person, but you should consider some of my advice. Start an ASMR channel. 👍👍 Good luck m8.
Hi, I know that this is an old video and you probably won't read this but I am a new subscriber and I've been binge watching your videos because they're so hilarious and relatable. I am an artist myself and I've taken the time to look at some of your Web comics and they are so good. I really like how you put so much details in the atmospheres that you create and your art style is so cool, I think you should carry on doing art because it will only get better if you do.
I relate to this so much! I would also like to work at a shop with no-customers. I always have to deal with people and it's mentally draining at times.
I can't even describe how much I can relate to you. Like, each and every word feels like you're reading my brain. Even after living in such a populated city, I almost have no contact with anyone, gets no message or phone call. Even my parents are frustrated of me, my dad doesn't speak to me and my mom barely does. I am so fed up with this uni life and hate seeing these students face. Plus, I am broke. I don't know what l am gonna do with life. Sometimes I feel Iike quitting everything but I am too coward to do it.
The world of Warcraft thing was funny because I relate to that as well. The problem is pushing past that sense of bordom, annoyance and wanting to do something else. I've had these bad habits ever since I was 6. I don't care enough to move forward. There are things I'd like to do and should do, but I have no belief I will stick to them. I'm doing a course in graphic design, but I'm always late with assignments because I'm to lazy to start early. I'm not depressed either, I just feel nothing. It feels like I painting a dull picture of myself, but there are other things in my life I'm content with and feel lucky to have, it's just that having no drive is going to mess me up at some point.
I’m depressed too, but, I keep myself working full time, play video games, chatting with my close-friend, go outside to walk just only to keep my depressed away.
It's your parents fault, you've been neglected yet spoilt, not your fault. Best thing for it is to marry this bird in Japan and stay away from the safety net of home for a good long while, I wouldn't recommend marrying a single mum on the other side of the planet to anyone else but you btw.
its crazy how much i can relate to you, i also like drawing, and lose interest very quickly in alot of stuff. Plus all the jobs Ive had was retail and supermarket and had someone breathing down my neck . Now i got a flyer job, all i do is hand out flyers no more speed requirements. Yes the boss still nags me to clean sometimes but it s good now.
You need a job like mine. I go into work at 3:30pm when everyone is leaving, i work with 3 other people and no supervisors / managers, we are all spread out over the factory so only really see each other during the break when we watch tv. I go in, work by myself and go home at 1:15 am, perfect for people like us with social anxiety. Work night shift! :) Im the same, no motivation. I went back to college this year at 31 to do a course in social sciences, still dont know what i want to do after, maybe law and criminology or social work, still dont have any motivation even though im acing the class with little effort lol
Sorta feel the same tbh, People dont understand how exhausted one can be simply from talking to people, overall only have interest in people who do the same thing as me but i easily get bored and my motivation fades so feel like om drifting away from people i used to talk to because i lost interest in the things we has in common
A suggestion for a job: A Russian friend of mine translated emails from asshole Americans to Russian ladies they were hoping to marry. Super easy love notes, basically. Know how many American dudes want to talk to Japanese girls? I think my friend charged 10 cents a word. She did really well. You don't have to leave the house and will probably make more than you are now. If you get sick of it, you can always quit without any worries. I'm sure you have the language skills for this kind of simple stuff.
At least your honest with yourself. U have a good sense of humor. My kinda humor. Love your channel. ❤️ it’s fucking hilarious. I find it hilarious at least 😄.
I think everyone goes through this at some point in your life. I really enjoy all your videos. You are great no matter what you do. We love you and want the best for you. You will be ok.
You' might be an INTP personality with ADHD and co-morbid depression and social anxiety. Get yourself assessed through the NHS. Your GP can refer you to a psychatry consultant for assessment and they can start prescribing you the right medication to help you with your motivation and depression plus CBT therapy for ADHD and social anxiety. Do it sooner than later and as your symptoms will only get worse. I have a brother who struggled with similar issues and he's doing much better since he's being treated for ADHD and depression and improving his life.
why is a skinny asian boy my spirit animal? i literally go through all the same shit, with social anxiety and trouble being happy with a job or finding purpose in life and wanting to escape reality because it's so boring. omg
if the stress anxiety gets to much for you Daniel....just quit....you will feel better for it without a negative environment. I am glad i always quit those bully places i could not tolerate....and did NOT tolerate....ya you hit the ground hard without income, really hard actually....but it is merely the path of your processing growth that SHOULD NEVER tolerate anyone who is inappropriate towards us....EVER. I actually discovered i was born to be a sculptor after months of being unemployed after quitting a full time store management career after 12 years....a coworker i could not and would not tolerate, a true bully who caused so much stress to employees who left crying....fuck that death trap.
Daniel Just want to say I would love to support you dude but I myself am a struggling college student but no homo dude you're a genuinely very handsome guy man no joke I am being dead serious and if it wasn't for your personality, I think girls would be falling for you left and right if you were to have a cool charismatic personality but anyways it's too damn relatable too man... I can relate to every word you've said here dude.
You are very good in drawing and graphics. Have you ever considered studying graphic arts? You are still young and have plenty of time. When you get your degree, there will be many jobs available that will suit your personality. For example, you can get a job in the animation industry in Japan, the U.S. or even the U.K. It will be perfect since you can be creative and you won't need an excessive amount of social interaction.
Dude, in my opinion, when it comes to work and studying, you just gotta choose something that makes a good enough amount of money for you and that is relatively easy for you. Even if it is boring, you gotta get your money from somewhere. I'm doing a major myself, and I don't really know much of what I'm gonna study in the following semesters nor what I'm gonna work with, I just know i'mma make some nice money, and that it involves lots of math (which was the subject I could understand the most while in school).
Ya I'm the same. Prob worse. I actually graduated from college a couple months ago, haven't bothered job searching, and I'm seriously considering just applying at McDonald's because it's less work than software engineering
Man, Daniel, you described my entire life in this one video. I stopped being an economic slave and joined Jobseekers, now i'm living from the money the obedient slaves pay in taxes.
Hey Daniel, with respect, you need to understand that you are useful, you are intelligent, therefore you have to allow motivation to swing by. Havr you ever thought about volunteering to help others? That could change your life mate!
It's insane how exactly like my life this is... Even specifically the customer service, school, video games, and drawing. It's all exactly like my life.
Your job is not bad it depends on your attitude. Every job has his ups and downs, it might not be sexy working in a petrol station but at least you have a job. You can take care of yourself and don't have to ask all the time to your mum and dad for things. There are people who are too lazy to get a job. Do you want to be like them? And Passion is something you got to find and if life is boring, go search something you like. Enjoy the small moments. There are so many fun things to do in the world. Sports to keep yourself active towards depression. Meditate to become calm and zen with yourself. Do a hobby you like maybe art. Whatever the hobby try to be as good as possible. And if you are not happy with your current situation in your job. Try to find out why you don't like the job. Is it because it's repetitive? Or do you need a challenge in your life? Are you a person who likes to work a job from 9 to 5? Or do you prefer that a job is challenging and requires more effort from you? Do you like to work with technology? Or better again if you like gaming? Would you like to work in the game industry? Or as a translator English and Japanese in a gaming company or as a tester? There is nothing wrong with you. You need to believe in yourself!
Sex motivates people especially men it's an evolutionary instinct for sure but guess what can ultimately motivate anyone? fear, hunger etc you said it yourself you have everything you need if that runs out though your fear of loosing things you need will motivate you
You are on right path to understand your self; please try to check HSP, you could be one of those unique talented people. You just need to know your self more and it will be clear to you.
i'm think you have a great diction, you talk slow, your english is really understandable, I had a lot of trouble during years understanding people speaking in english but now hahaha, I can understand everything you are saying. For me that's amaizing, So I was thinking all the time why Daniel don't have a Radio Program? Where you can be alone, can talk about what you want and share music, and others things that you want. And Talk in japanese too if you want. Something like that maybe will be good. Thank you Daniel it is great to hear u every time I wish you lonliness whenever you want.
You keep saying that you're not interested in anything, and that sets your brain and mood to not be interested in anything. If you start to overthink things, you will probably end up questioning what is the meaning of things, and while there is nothing wrong with that, you must also take actions. Gotta try new things and if you feel it's not worth it, then move on, but not try at all is not a good move. I'm currently living in Japan, and although it is awesome to be in Tokyo and yadayadayada, I still don't know what am I to do with my life, and if I should do something with languages or what (my Japanese is still about N4-N3), but I realized that if I wait to be interested in anything in a level that I feel is enough to give it a go, I will most likely be stuck in my room all day, everyday. You say like art, so why not try for a university for something related to it? You might not like your course, but you will meet new people and it will open various opportunities to you. I study Japanese in my home country and I only took it so I would get off home cause I'd been there for 1 year. After a while my motivation declined badly, but I got the chance of coming to Japan and I took it and although it's not rainbows and blue skies, it broadened my horizons. I think you must keep trying, and if at least you don't find something you like right away (which is probably not happening), you'll at least go excluding the ones you definitely do not want to be involved with. I hope any of this helps :)
I almost feel that you can be be speaking for me. I also don't feel proud of my job, part time office cleaner 6am to 10am, feel some shame getting home at 11am and not doing a more harder job, idk if that's an irrational thought. Like you the jobs available to me are retail ones and kitchen ones. I'm terrible with people, don't get on with my co-worker. Yet, when I look at the office workers I work for, sure they have a more socially valuable job and make more money than me, but lots of office work seems boring to me and 40+ hours at a job I looks suffocating for me as I wouldn't be learning or doing what I want to do.
I live your drawings. I've seen people make a living in the world of comics without art as good as yours. If you're losing motivation to draw your own stories, maybe you need a writer.
I lacked motivation as well, I still do. I didn't want to work for slave wages so I went to college. You are only 27 and have a number of years to figure out what you want to do, but I encourage you to figure out soon. if not I would just suffer through some kind of training certification to get out of that job. You might not enjoy it, in fact you may hate it, but at least you will get paid for your suffering.
Idk if you even read your comments, but you can do anything in creation - you just have to have an open mind and do things that you might not wanna do sometimes to create your reality. Like myself for example, i flunked out of college. Quit my job because i hated it (customer service). Broke up with my bf and moved across country (USA) from Las Vegas to Atlanta. I had NOTHING. I had less than nothing. I hit rock bottom financially & most devastating - i hit rock bottom mentally and emotionally. Having a similar existential crisis. I realized i hated people & i wasnt particularly good at anything. I just wanted money to live and a comfy place to sleep in...and i wanted wealth. I ended up going into Finance and started investing in stocks so i could get passive income. On the surface, seems to be a very boring thing to do. But thats what im extremely interested in and what i currently major in and do in my spare time. Maybe you should look into investing? You create money without necessarily working physically. No customers, just common sense and cautious spendig. You just have to self educate as much as possible. You can figure this out. Im subscribing. Im very interested in your journey
i can understand where you're comung from on this. You feel that you're introverted and you get drained with human interaction. You find yourself to be bored with a lot of the things you do and can't really stick with it. This is actually pretty common. However you have to just sit down with yourself and "have a conversation with yourself", or atleast that's what I call it, and just dwell on yourself. Think about your interests and any factor that has ever motivated you. Think about things you're interested in and see if it's possible to follow a career in those fields. You seem to be in the right direction just in the wrong lane. You can identify the problem and you're frustrated by it. However you can't find a solution. Just search yourself. Find some quiet time to yourself and think for a while. Jot down ideas if you have to. And once you've come to a conclusion, research it. Try to find available jobs or careers in it. You seem to be a person who enjoys expressing their feeling through art, so just draw how you feel whenever you can. Don't lose faith. It's not easy but it is possible.
I think the reality is not about buisness and everything... you got the truth, our world is really magic and fantastic but it’s easy to get lost and think that numbers and money is reality
What petrol station do you work in man? I work in a Shell myself like so everything you said there makes sense besides the whole working with employees? So I don't know how big your site is at whatever petrol station you work in but I thought most petrol station jobs you work alone, well besides maybe having a forecourt guy and the manager on site for a slight amount of hours.
You gotta build upon your strenght. I think your naturally funny and quirky guy. Maybe UA-cam or podcast or something within social media cos you got a way of makin people listen yo u
ive never read a job description that didnt boil my piss...i hate the thought of working for any1. i cant even be arsed to write this comment .....im in my room...its the only place i feel normal...at least...to myself. I am utterly fed up of being fed up and I have no idea how to change anything. Not easy is it?
Your subconcious doesn't feel threatened either by events in the present or possible events in the future, that is usually the main culprit of 'lack of motivation'. If you were willing to share your situation about being unmotivated, I'm guessing you could be also interested in the genesis of the aforementioned state. Maybe you should try and read some clinical psychology books.

I really wish euthanasia was legal here, because I can't go on living like this and at the same time, I don't have the balls to kill myself, so I try to run away from reality by watching anime, reading manga and playing fantasy video games.

I came from japanese from zero's video. i love how sincere you are in your videos.

I'd recommend looking for a good therapist. Not just A therapist, a GOOD one. To find what you are running from.
Something you do have is the ability to be real and honest with yourself and towards others. Your videos are very relatable, wish you all the best.

I feel that going down the creative path will be more spiritually rewarding for you.
Jessica Tole .
just become a pizza delivery driver, you don't have to deal with ppl and you can get free pizza at the endo of the night.
i know this was almost a year ago, but about the comics thing, maybe try looking for a writer? you draw, they make the story. also, i just want to say that both this video and these comments are so relatable for me. i feel like i finally found people who see things the way i do
Recently found out about your channel and I really love your videos! I'd love to stick around more for your future videos, they are very comforting for me in a way :P
but did u prepare for the presentation? i have a school presentation next week and i'm hesitant about it
Thanks for yours videos. You are really honest. It's not very common in today world.
I found your complain hilarious, I seriously laughing just because it's nice to know there's somebody who have anxiety and love being alone like me XD
I was gonna comment "Are you me?" Then you started talking about Warcraft and how even in that you were indecisive. Omg, you ARE me.
you make sense to me. It's kinda scary.
Suffer from the same thing, literally dont have any motivation or ambition
he's really relatable in this one
thank you for being honest. It's refreshing to listen to someone who isn't making a living by demonstrating how amazing they are in comparison to everyone else
Your not alone bro, alot of people don't find motivation. I don't know what the fuck im doing with my life, but try to live it the best way I can.
I'm an introvert who used to work in retail. I know exactly where you are coming from. Customers are rude and self entitled and retail employees get little respect from their employers.
People do w.e. the fuck they can get away with. People even murder if this is the case.
My favourite HIMR video. Must have watched it in its entirety atleast 5 times by now
You're not a failure! :(
+Minohn Chan thank you :)
+hiding in my room Hey Daniel I have been watching your videos and i see how you are going through loneliness and frustration and you are always having this pessimistic view of the world, well I have personally been going through this as much as your are so here is my advice to you why don't you try to research on spirituality but i suggest you to go and learn about christianity and to try to pray to GOD and to tell him your problems and you will see how your life will turn around and how GOD can open doors for you I gurantee you try it , because I have been jn your place but GOD opened doors for me just try praying.
hiding in my room you are doing quite well kiddo!
Minohn Chan Unfortunately, misleading himself won't do any good. You need to be honest with yourself if you want to move forward and improve.
I finally found someone that looks exactly like me and has the same mindset, problems and thoughts...lets be friends daniel
"What am I going to put on my profile or my CV, that I have ten years experience talking to Japanese girls on skype."
Laughed way too hard.
Girls are why I speak Japanese and Korean and why I study Chinese. Nothing more to say.
+Learn Japanese From Zero! Geooorge check your youtube email :o
and you tell them you learned just bc you're interested in the langs themselves?
I can relate to your experiences. If you stay dependent on your folks you will not grow survival skills of your own. Maybe make a goal for yourself and do whatever it takes to attain it. This always requires money so just focus on doing the best you can at making money. Plan for your retirement now while you are young. Try your best to have fun. If it is hooking up with Japanese girls for sex, great that you were able to figuer that one out.
My anxiety motivates me. I used to be so anxious about interviews..but I realize that I need money.
i never thought i’d understand this man, but this is exactly how i feel minus the sex, at work or home doing something wrong doesn’t bother me because it doesn’t seem to matter to me, at least i do find interest in culture, but that’s useless, i’m always half doing everything in my life and then just finding no reason to continue, i also have a problem with authority, i work so much better alone and i learn so much more alone but none of that is useful because no one wants to pay someone to do that do they, i dropped out of university this year to do art but i always almost finish a painting and then i don’t like it and i start to feel like making art is pointless so i stop, and that’s meant to be my passion, all i do is read
Good luck m8.
I Love Asian Boys .
Marilou Domingo The name says it all.
you got my subscription with that video. belgian hapa here living those same issues.keep going with those genuine instant.love
Your drawing is impressive. You should run with that. Maybe you could do an illustration degree or something?
+James i do freelance illustrating on the side already :)
It's so sad that I relate to you so much, minus the sex seeking. Hang in there, Daniel.
This is amazing! I love this! I have been watching your video for quite long and I wanna say that I really like all your video! This really cool
This video is so real. Most men live in quiet desperation... You’re brave for realizing some of this reality :/.
Man, you are exactly, EXACTLY me 10 years ago. Things can and will change for the better bro.
I just found. you. I love that you are honest and open. Massage Therapy is a vreat career for an introvert.
Make your own reality.
Holy shit! I'm on the same boat as you, but my situation is more desperate. I'm 36 years old now.
P
This video is the most real video of you I can most relate to. Thanks for making me not feel alone.
You could take a year and become a 2d animator. It pays well and you can do something you love to do for the rest of your life
I’m depressed too, but, I keep myself working full time, play video games, chatting with my close-friend, go outside to walk just only to keep my depressed away.
Ignore the haters
You are handsome and sweet
Think about the flight attendant job somebody put below
Relate so much
You're very relatable.
hi Daniel!
im watching your videos since yesterday..your videos are interesting! 😊
Sell drugs, be a Pimp or be a Chef since you already do Cooking With Daniel. By the way your artwork is amazing, very interesting art style.
I think your drawings are very nice Dan! Maybe u can start an etsy shop online or something.
It's your parents fault, you've been neglected yet spoilt, not your fault.
Best thing for it is to marry this bird in Japan and stay away from the safety net of home for a good long while, I wouldn't recommend marrying a single mum on the other side of the planet to anyone else but you btw.
Funnily enough he's divorced now lol.
its crazy how much i can relate to you, i also like drawing, and lose interest very quickly in alot of stuff.
Im the same, no motivation. I went back to college this year at 31 to do a course in social sciences, still dont know what i want to do after, maybe law and criminology or social work, still dont have any motivation even though im acing the class with little effort lol
2 years later, rewatching this. Still the same job but college was boring af, that's gone 🤣
This was a very inspirational video and motivated me to study harder. Thanks!
Hope you went through with this and studied hard
With strangers,like Asuka,
With close friends,like Rei,
With anybody,like Shinji.
Motivate yourself, as you would motivate a friend...
we all come to this conclusion in life at one point
You' might be an INTP personality with ADHD and co-morbid depression and social anxiety. Get yourself assessed through the NHS. Your GP can refer you to a psychatry consultant for assessment and they can start prescribing you the right medication to help you with your motivation and depression plus CBT therapy for ADHD and social anxiety. Do it sooner than later and as your symptoms will only get worse. I have a brother who struggled with similar issues and he's doing much better since he's being treated for ADHD and depression and improving his life.
why is a skinny asian boy my spirit animal? i literally go through all the same shit, with social anxiety and trouble being happy with a job or finding purpose in life and wanting to escape reality because it's so boring. omg
*I don't know why but I am very obsessed with your face and voice*
+insincere TM thanks :)
FUCK YOU REPLIED ;0; LOVE ME SENPAI
+insincere TM lol ❤
mh i need a name for youtube. how about cancer.
You just spoke words that I couldn't about myself Same situations are also with me.
if the stress anxiety gets to much for you Daniel....just quit....you will feel better for it without a negative environment. I am glad i always quit those bully places i could not tolerate....and did NOT tolerate....ya you hit the ground hard without income, really hard actually....but it is merely the path of your processing growth that SHOULD NEVER tolerate anyone who is inappropriate towards us....EVER.
I actually discovered i was born to be a sculptor after months of being unemployed after quitting a full time store management career after 12 years....a coworker i could not and would not tolerate, a true bully who caused so much stress to employees who left crying....fuck that death trap.
these videos are calming
I was in that situation for a few years... it's hard to get the umf to do something.. (depression.)
Matthew Chidester
I don't have depression but I'm still unmotivated
Learning a language to the point that you kind of fluent just to be with women... woah I wish I had this kind of motivation lmao
It's all exactly like my life.
my life is like this right now, hope yours got better bro
Sex motivates people especially men it's an evolutionary instinct for sure but guess what can ultimately motivate anyone? fear, hunger etc you said it yourself you have everything you need if that runs out though your fear of loosing things you need will motivate you
What exactly do you have? You have a successful channel. Btw Daniel, you can code right? Than create a social media or something!
Every dog has its own day. 😁😆😀
You are on right path to understand your self; please try to check HSP, you could be one of those unique talented people. You just need to know your self more and it will be clear to you.
This vid is so relatable.
i'm think you have a great diction, you talk slow, your english is really understandable, I had a lot of trouble during years understanding people speaking in english but now hahaha, I can understand everything you are saying.
I feeelll
finally found someone that I could relate to lol
dont worry bro you are married, that is a blessing, i wish i was married already
If you're losing motivation to draw your own stories, maybe you need a writer.
bro me too. but youre not a failure, keep going and one day life is gonna make sense! i guess..
How good can you draw? Are we talking anime/manga style stuff?
