It's more of a teacher and student relationship Earlier in the movie Blindmaster claims that Snake eyes distrust her because she is Storm Shadow's cousin so this scene shows that she is in the same side as him and eventually snake eyes learns to trust her.
This scene tooks 2 entire months to shoot & it was worth it every single second
