Sorry to hear that! Try moving the blade to the 1.6 or 1.9mm setting it should give you enough clearance around the loose skin.

Absolutely. Hair is hair. The sensitive areas on a lady aren't too different when it comes to trimming. Our Ivy trimmer comes with a case vs a charging stand but is the same trimmer as our Axis.

1 mm is very short. definitely not shaven, but very short.

After using 2 razors from them they have awful products. They should honestly be sued for deceptive marketing. They say the trimmers are waterproof but when i have they break not right away but they have both done this.
They also don’t even let you see real reviews on their site just clearly fake ones raving about how great they are.
Add in the ceramic blade not needing to be replaced as regularly as they claim they need to be its just clearly a scam.

Ridiculous waste of money. I use an off the shelf five blade razor and soap or shaving cream. The shave is perfectly smooth, from the bottom of the helmet to the bottom of the sack. Smooth as silk and easy to maintain.
Don't waste your time trying to manipulate an electric shaver, use what you know - a razor.
