Luxurious weekend villa for Mr. Dhavale at Solapur.

Client Mr. Dhavale resident in Pune wished to create a farmhouse in his native land located in Solapur district, Sapatane. Considering the client’s lifestyle & concept, Ar. Yashwant Bhelke incorporated nature with the design by appropriate use of natural material exteriorly. The entire house has multiple openings for a great view and natural ventilation. The architect has paid meticulous attention to details, functionality and designing the interface between exterior and interior spaces, which blends throughout.
