I had seen this house before so had the name of the house in my mind so I searched the house but I got Aishwarya Rai's Mumbai ki kholi type flats with no soul and space but luckily I got this , THIS IS HOME WITH SOUL.
Only one thing missing in the whole design, the green area could have been more like big palm trees and a big grass lawn with swings and fountain in the middle, I mean that would have completed the house superbly

I really like watching bungalows and videos. I can say that this is the best video I’ve seen till date. The best because it has it multiple reasons. The property, obviously. Beautifully crafted. Detail and thought process behind every object. Seems like the owner- architect duo didn’t had any cap on the imagination and money(that’s important). Secondly, choice of background score. Whoever has selected it, love it. Each second of the video passing by, takes me deeper and deeper. It’s like entering surprise after surprise. One question for the architect. This property seems to a very high/ timely maintenance one. Everything else can be maintained, but what about the double ceiling lights? I was wondering how does double ceiling maintenance are handled? For say if a light goes kaput, how do you handle it?
Firstly thanks for your appreciation, kind words. I like your keen observation. Regarding maintenance, if you can built such property then you are ready to maintain it and today's world you can have lot of equipments/ agencies available for maintenance.
Very well designed. It looks classy and not giving the vibes of hotel room. Elephant statute on door side is superb. Some greenary & it will look amazing. Overall it's great success. 🙏🏻

Thanks a lot for your such kind words n appreciation.... The construction cost which I already mentioned in earlier my replies was around ₹ 6.5k to 7k but it varies depending on the quality n selection of materials, agencies n the location of site. Thank you, Team axiom.
Two things I had observed, 1. Properties videos are also naratted, explaining design, vastu and materials aspects etc, and 2. finally the price / quote. Both are missing in this video.
