- Designing someone's dream house is a bit challenging job considering all facts n surrounding coz everyone has their own perception about his house, room. We are very grateful to Mr. Jaykumar sir for giving us an opportunity to work for him and very delighted that he is very satisfied with our service and designs.

Plot area- 3200.00 sq.ft.
B/up area- 3200.00 sq.ft.
Duration of work- 2 years.
Location- Indapur, Dist. - Pune.

मेहनत केली तर पैसा आहे, कॉन्ट्रॅक्टर म्हटलं तर तुम्ही त्यावर कंट्रोल करू शकतात, आज मार्केट ओपन आहे, कोणत्या आयटम साठी किती खर्च येऊ शकतो ते आपण कुठूनही चेक करू शकतो. हो, तुम्हाला 2 पैसे जास्त द्यावे लागतात पण ते स्कील्ड लेबरला पण त्या बदल्यात कामाची quality पण तशी मिळते

Yes, it's including both in Indapur. In pune it's little higher as labour n some material cost is little higher
