That’s what I miss. I just can’t get used to shopping online. My parents raised me to see it before you buy it and cash is king and it’s hard to get past that. But I love when I go to movie-based conventions, where I’ve found vendors for Vinegar Syndrome, Troma, Arrow, etc.
Some of the posters would not have been okay for UA-cam, but I can tell you that there were a handful of foreign (like Turkish) posters that were wild.
just remembered, if you are still in Canada and you don't mind a bit of driving from Toronto, come to Kitchener and visit what i believe is the best comic book store in Canada for old books. The Comic book Warehouse in King street is fantastic. Been their customer since they opened the doors and they have tons of comics and great prices. Wes and his staff are fantastic!
Great video Heath! Thanks for sharing. I visited the old Colorado location last summer. I kept wondering if "normals" ever walk in there and are like "where are the regular movies at?" 😂
I for one would love to see some more stuff like this from your channel. You obviously have an eye for the frame. Hell, just a video of some cool random shots would be fun to watch. Highly enjoyable.
Vinegar Syndrome is like the Whole Foods to Something Weird's Costco. Sure it's great to restore >that< movie to perfection, but >that< movie has a hard time justifying >that< price.
Never seen this store where abouts is it? Hope your enjoying time in the 6 (blame Drake) if your looking for food experience try some of the ramen shops tey are mind blowing on how authentic they are from Japan.
This is a store? Really? It looks more like someone's collection. Wow they've VHS! And other labels too! But it was too short and fast you should've gone slower. Anyway thanks for sharing Heath!👍
Dont forget to make a stop at BMV Bookstore in bloor street, realy nice store!

Would love to have seen the movie poster bin! I love how they sell all the major labels, not just VS and partners.

Marvelous video! Really nice store. Cool that they have a big arrow selection too.
Great video Heath! Thanks for sharing.

Amazing! Wish every city had this. Love the Adam Maida art on the wall too.
Great video! I thought I had accidently turned on a Safdie Brothers films at first.

Thanks for sharing. That would be a day trip for me on the TTC!
This is so awesome!
OMG, this is great! I'm jealous I didn't know about it, and I live within driving distance! Thanks for sharing, Heath!
I' ll take a plan from Italy only to visit this wonderful VS store 😍
Good stuff, man!
Forget The Last Blockbuster, this is the REAL video store that film nerds need to go to!
Is Heath planning on a move to Canada? I for one hope so!!!
I would think not given the ridiculous cost of real estate
Hey, one can always dream.
I miss going in stores to find deals.
I spend more time shopping online to compare .
Then it’s like Xmas when my movie hauls turn up 👌👌

Did you go to Bay Street Video?
I didn't!
@ damn, apparently it’s the largest privately owned video store in North America
I would totally lose my mind over there! 🤯
But I live near Toronto, how did I not know of this store until now!?
Fun video. Did you go into She Said Boom?
I did indeed. I didn't buy anything, but it was a cool (and small) store that had a modest-but-well-organized selection of vinyl and books.
What brings you to Canada, Heath?
Obviously, this isn't Vinegar Syndrome's warehouse . When I had films from them, they usually went to their warehouse to pick them up.
I had no idea this existed, wth!

My guy got the election results and moved to Canada, jk ! Lucky for my wallet I can't frequent this store, love the posters on display particularly
Cool store, awful name. Especially intrigued by the LPs. Would like to see the prices.
