Tomasz just an idea for you to try is using a prit stick to stick paper templates to wood. Out of all the ideas out their its my favorite, might not be yours but thought you could give it a try if you havent been told or tried it already.
Hi thanks, yes tried them before and had hard time to get the remaining paper off the wood. It also seems that the tape lubricates the blade and it cuts better- seen that opinion on some master craftsmen videos and I have to say when I put the tape on both sides I felt that the blade was going much smoother and easier. But I can't really say that I could measured that in any way. Just my feeling of the machine :)
cool vid thank you but can i ask your triton sander dust extractor how do you find it. Am thinking of getting the one you have or just the spindle sander but dont know with is best for me Thanks Joe PS keep the vids coming love them Thank you
Thank you kindly my friend, I made a video about it. It's one of the best tools in my workshop. The spindle sander is about £120 and the belt sander and spindle sander I got you can find it on Amazon for about £190. So not much more money comparing to what you get, a full package. Here are some links: amzn.to/2KwB4x2 Also check my video out maybe it will help you decide which one is better for you.
Absolutely beautiful ornaments. Thanks for the packing tape hack. Does the tape leave any residue on the wood when you pull it off? Thanks for the templates.
Hi and thank you:) the tape I used leaves just a little bit of residue but it easly comes off. The more expensive tapes are actually more problematic as the stick too much and they are very hard to remove and they leave a lot of the residue on.
@@CasualDIY hi just downloaded your free stencils thanks and thankyou for subscribing to my channel good to have you onboard. Cheers Tim from Wood 4 Nothing
To easily remove the paper if it's been applied with spray glue, put some mineral spirits on a rag or paper towel and rub it. The paper will peel--nay, SLIDE--right off! Let the mineral spirits dry and sand off any residual!!
Hi, nice video and very good of you to offer the stencils for free. For my scroll sawing I just use the cheapest pound shop masking tape on the wood and the cheapest glue sticks on the paper for smaller patterns. I only use spray glue if I have a lot of bigger patterns to prepare at once. I believe the idea to use clear packing tape is that it has something in it that is supposed to help lubricate and cool the saw blade, but in my experience I have found it makes little to no difference in the way the blade cuts compared to using the cheap masking tape. It would also help your scroll saw experience if you changed your blade clamps so you could use the wide variety of pinless type blades available. You would be able to cut much more intricate patterns and need smaller blade entry holes. Hope this helps and thanks for posting the video.

You can buy clear 12" wide shelf paper from Wal-mart and it peels off the wood real easy. Can cut shelf paper to what ever size you need.
Thank you for the tip😁👍
Very cool, thank you!
Thank you for watching
10:12 Be sure to have the camera rolling when you take a piece of wood out of the middle of that stack. LOL

Great, new to scroll sawing, what blade do you use. please
I'm using blades from Pegas, great make, great quality. They got different types, depending on what project you are doing you need the right blade.
@@CasualDIY Great, and thanks, have downloaded your great pdf's, will try to cut some tonight and have an idea of filling the cut out with resin,
@@peterkretschmer3039 I've filled them with resin and they look awesome 👌
