Great job. Just thinking how cool it would be to make with replaceable panels that way you could use them more of the year. Like having Halloween and Easter silhouettes too.
owdy from Yuma, Arizona. I had already subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to viewing more of your vlogs. Thank you for sharing. Question: Could you provide a detail written list on the materials you use on your projects along with instructions on how to assemble them? Thank you in advance.
Wow! These are incredibly beautiful and I only wish I was lucky enough to have them from such a talented craftsman. (Here's my feeble attempt at Spanish lol) Mucho Gracias Senor ❤🇨🇦
Have you got a mitre block? Most DIY stores sell them, even most hobby stores too nowadays. It’s like an open box with the angles for mitres already marked out and straight cuts too. You just put the piece of wood you wish to cut into the “box” against the correct angle you want to make then using a mitre saw… it makes a difference, and make your cut. Then you place the next piece into the box and make the opposite cut and you. Should have a perfectly neat mitred joint.
@@c.mcanelly6821 yes that would work. Don’t know what your mitre block is like but some come with drilled holes so you can screw them to your work bench then clamp the wood in place so it doesn’t move and you should be good to go! Hope that works for you x

Looks great! Was just wondering if I could get the measurements of the boards used and of the cuts you made so that it would be easier for me to replicate this project? Edit: what type of wood would also be appreciated
I always find it amazing when I see that, and they are still not working safely. My grandma lost 2 fingers because the company she worked for took guards off the machines so they would run faster. It was a bookbinding machine. The string caught her fingers and a second later they were gone. I was a little girl about 10 at the time. 30 years later I still remember the lesson. My workshop safety slogan is “Safety First. Fuck Ups Are Forever!” And yes I have a sign
I was running a 90 lb jack hammer,it fell thru and almost took one of mine. It's not always what ya think.. On the other hand I know a fella running a planer drunk..lost 2 fingers..mmmmmm. So much for being a surgeon
No riving knife on that rip saw. Dangerous. Only work without riving knife if your doing dado cuts. No blade guard either but thats less of an issue. I once witnessed a piece of 2" X 2" kick back out of a saw with no riving knife, it put the operator in hospital
no glue i can see then not lasting long i am a carpenter and own my own business and i would not do anything like this without glue stronger than just nails and screws i use all three when making thing out of wood as it would stand the test of time
For this kind you can choose your measurements it depends what Hight you want used a scrow saw to cut Christmas trees or any Christmas items don't forget to make spot candle you can even put some thik glass for different colours enjoy your build have fun is the most important what ever you do it will be nice

I was too. But kinda need them to break down. Great idea, new sub 🤗
How even better it would be if you shared some plans.
This would be real cool with diffraction panels and color LED flasher lights inside. I think I may have another project on my list.
?
To those that gave a thumbs down, lets see what you made. You are watching a craftsman at work. Beautiful work!!!
im sure everyone else here is a master craftsman and never made a mistake
They are beautiful! Thank you for sharing.

Nice....I think I would have used a scroll saw and made interchangeable panels for other holidays

I wish I were that talented.
You have to admit, they look better in the dark!
Wish you’d talk through some of your projects
Dado slot to slide them in and change them out. Use all four sides. Turn the face once a week.
He did a very good job
My wife love these , I'll be making some this year ? what did you spray on the wood . Thanks Roy
Wonderful!!!
Many compliments from Italy
🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Parabéns. Que projeto lindo!!! Amo Natal, gostaria de saber fazer essas maravilhas❤❤❤
Nice job
You sir are the Plain GENIOUS!
awesomr
Beautiful. Your angles are wonderful! They are my nemesis! I can never get them right!!

I bought the plastic one from Harbour Freight. Problem is I can’t keep the wood from moving while I’m sawing. 😂
@@c.mcanelly6821 try using a spring clamp
I will look for spring clamps and give those a try.
@@c.mcanelly6821 yes that would work. Don’t know what your mitre block is like but some come with drilled holes so you can screw them to your work bench then clamp the wood in place so it doesn’t move and you should be good to go! Hope that works for you x
Great idea for Christmas giveaways !! Some people are deciding to comment negatively. Why don't they go make something for someone else instead ?

Love this, where can I find the plans for this?
By the way he’s using that jointer and table saw I can understand why he’s missing the top of his finger.
LOVE THEM ALL
Was I just in Santa’s workshop?!
With that jointer and no guard I’m surprised he can still count to 9 1/2?
"attention to detail first class"
Very beautiful and original! Good luck!
Hermoso!!!
TYFS - Beautiful work! 🥰👍🏻👍🏻
You are a true craftsman!👍👍👏👏❤️
These are so beautiful

What wonderful project and outcome, that’s really awesome Buddy 👍
Beautiful
good job ,
Where do you get the measurements for what size would need to make these
Very nice!😊
it would be nice to know measurements along with vocal description
Beautiful!

Beautiful! Great job! ❤️😸
Perfect perfect perfect.... Wáááw... Bravo super super
Hmm no guards. And look at his left index. That’s what happens.

Especially the jointer absolutely stupid and no push blocks either!
Does it really matter, it's not yr hands
I was running a 90 lb jack hammer,it fell thru and almost took one of mine. It's not always what ya think..
On the other hand I know a fella running a planer drunk..lost 2 fingers..mmmmmm.
So much for being a surgeon
Super 👍👏👏
Awesome
Are you providing sizes for wood to cute? Thanks
These are wonderful great work!!!
I BET THESE THINGS WELL FASTER THAN HE CAN MAKE EM!!
👍👍👍😍😍😍

Wonder how he lost part of his index finger?
Saturnalia not Christmas, that holiday has nothing to do with Christ!
Beautiful project but no measurements no quantities of material almost impossible to make one from just watching you
And yet another fine product for Walmart
You should never machining a workpiece with just one hand on a jointer. That's not cool, it's stupid. This way you only provoke accidents.
Gee, why don't you use 1" thick plywood???
Can anyone guess why he's missing part of a finger?
no glue i can see then not lasting long i am a carpenter and own my own business and i would not do anything like this without glue stronger than just nails and screws i use all three when making thing out of wood as it would stand the test of time
😅😅was ist denn eine abrichte ohne 90°Anschlag? Seit ihre alle am schätzen??😅😅
What brand miter saw is that?
Good. Creative😉
👏👏👏
Are there any plans to this DIY?
Front side each box [ 4 Black
Screw ]…. Looks no good
Why don’t try to put in wood small piece ?
what kind of glue did you use, the one in the framed jar can I know please
Can someone please add a plan or show us how to to make one of these.
👍👏😀
Good time to learn from someone else’s dumb mistake
