Re Game 1: I've encountered a lot more Oblivious instead of Unaware Dondozo to avoid all the Intimidators running around right now with how physical heavy the meta is.
I am so bad at knowing when to swap out and how to maneuver teams at a high level like James he is insane. What a great showing of your skill at piloting teams the second match.. I feel so bad as a newer competitive pokemon player and like my ability to pilot teams is so bad. Edit: I use metal pokemon and teams and still struggle and get bodied by others with same teams or pokemon 😢
Taunt is the biggest reason I've struggled to vibe with Dusclops. It's likely less of a problem in OTS, but if a Taunt comes out of nowhere on a mon you don't expect, that can be really rough on ladder.
Speaking of dus, I waz looking into Dusknoir, if you terastallize it to another type, you can setup with curse. I was thinking of running terra normal or terra fairy.
Make sure not to accidentally click on your Frisk Dusclops ladder version in live tournament when you wrote a team sheet for pressure LOL - I got a game loss for it to lose the set 😅
They need to have some kind of leniency for players since Open Team Sheets exist because they need to use players to enforce the rules on each other since they never programmed team locking this gen. They're saying, "Do our job for us, also don't mess it up or else."
i tried doing something very similar but with surf on a slowpoke holding eviolite it never worked very well in testing so i just decided to drop the team
that’s the worst feeling in the world i had a team concept with hisuian goodra with sap sipper and voltorb with bullet seed and when i found it didn’t work my face dropped

I used weakness policy Calyrex ice with mimikyu, and/or lash out ttar with bulldoze dusclops for like all of gen 8 vgc. I have found my new calling.

No but people dont have all day to reset for a perfectly slow pokemon
